You give each of your plans a vote weight and a monthly figure, then assign your accounts by hand or from a CSV. A vote from a $500/mo account no longer lands the same as one from a free seat, so the board sorts by revenue instead of volume.

Yes. You can let visitors submit and vote without signing up. If you would rather know who voted, there is email identification and SSO.

Drag features into columns like Suggested, In Progress and Completed, then publish. It is live on a VoteFirst URL straight away, or on your own domain if you are on PRO.

The REST API covers what an integration actually needs, being read a board, list features, suggest one, vote, take the vote back and comment. It is not a second copy of the dashboard. Sixteen of its eighteen routes answer to the embed key already in your page, so they work on the nine dollar plan, and the two that read your voters and your per feature revenue need a secret API key, which is on PRO. A Swift package with drop in SwiftUI views for iOS is published at github.com/votefirst-app/votefirst-swift, and what we are building next is on our own public roadmap.
