Voters who are not matched to a Stripe customer, such as free users or prospects, simply carry a default weight. Their votes still count, they just do not carry paid revenue weight. This is intentional: it lets you see how much of the demand for a feature comes from paying customers versus everyone else.
Yes. For standard subscriptions VoteFirst uses the monthly recurring revenue directly. For usage based or hybrid billing, you can rely on the recurring component or push a custom revenue value per account through the API, so the weighting reflects however your business defines account value.
Yes. VoteFirst works as a standard feedback board with equal votes, and you can import revenue figures by CSV or through the API instead of connecting Stripe. The Stripe integration is the easiest path to revenue weighting, but it is not the only one, and revenue weighting itself is optional.
