Your first roadmap is public by default. Simply drag features into columns like Suggested, In Progress, and Completed. It goes live on a VoteFirst URL straight away, and behind your own domain on the PRO plan, styled with your colours and your font.

Yes, two ways. A script tag renders the roadmap in your own page, in your own DOM, so you style it with your own CSS. An iframe you copy and paste needs no JavaScript at all and takes full color customization through URL parameters to match your site's design.

A board is a private workspace where your team manages and organizes feature requests. A roadmap is the public-facing view that your customers see. Features flow from boards to your public roadmap as you approve and prioritize them.

Yes! Every new account starts with a 14 day free trial with full access to all features. When your trial ends, choose the plan that fits your needs, starting at $9/mo.

Annual billing takes about 17% off. The Lite plan is $9/mo monthly, or $7.50/mo billed annually, which is $90 a year against $108. You can switch between billing periods at any time.

You'll receive a notification when you approach your limits. If you exceed them, existing data is preserved but new interactions are paused until you upgrade or the next billing cycle begins. You're never charged overage fees.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.

It stays up. The board, the roadmap, the changelog and the activity page keep answering at the same addresses, your visitors can still read every request and still vote on them, and suggesting a new request keeps working. Four things change. Comments are switched off, a small VoteFirst badge appears on the public pages, the email digest stops being sent, and you cannot create another board until the plan is live again.

Nothing is deleted when the payment stops. An account that paid at least once is kept for a year after its plan ends, and one that never paid for 30 days. Two emails warn you before the date, and paying again brings the comments, the digest and the badge back the way they were. The longer version is on the pricing page.

Yes. Every project carries an API key, and the REST API covers the actions an integration needs: record a vote, withdraw it, create a feature, post a comment, read a board, and set a voter's plan tier so their vote carries the right weight. It is not a second copy of the dashboard. API access is on the PRO plan, not on Lite.

Yes, on the PRO plan at $39 a month. You can connect your own domain (e.g., feedback.yourapp.com) to your VoteFirst roadmap. We handle the SSL certificate automatically.

From your project settings you set the background, the text, the secondary text, the accent, the card and the border, with a separate palette for light and dark, plus the font and the corner radius. A custom domain in front of the board is on the PRO plan.

Revenue arrives through the Stripe or Paddle connection, and a customer list can be imported from CSV. Beyond that, the REST API is the integration point: with a project API key your own code can record a vote, create a feature, post a comment, read a board and set a voter's tier. Yes, on every plan. Paste your public Canny or Featurebase board into Settings and its posts, statuses and vote counts come across. Comments and voter names stay behind. Read your board first to see what will.

Yes. You can export your features, votes, and comments at any time. Your data belongs to you, and we make it easy to take it with you if you ever decide to leave.

On servers run by Hetzner in Ashburn, Virginia. VoteFirst is a Czech company, so your data is handled under the GDPR wherever it sits, and analytics run separately on PostHog's EU servers. We use PostgreSQL with encryption at rest and regular encrypted backups. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

VoteFirst is a Czech company, so your data is processed under the GDPR. It collects only what the service needs, exports or deletes your data on request, and runs analytics on PostHog's EU servers. The app itself is hosted in the United States; section 11 of the privacy policy says how that transfer is covered.

On our marketing website, we use PostHog for analytics, hosted on EU servers. PostHog cookies are only set after you consent. The VoteFirst application itself tracks only essential usage metrics needed to provide the service.

You can request full account deletion by contacting support@votefirst.app. We will delete all your data, including projects, features, votes, and personal information, within 30 days of your request.
