Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. For example, the LITE plan is $9/mo monthly or $7.50/mo ($90/year) with annual billing. You can switch between billing periods at any time.

You'll receive a notification when you approach your limits. If you exceed them, existing data is preserved but new interactions are paused until you upgrade or the next billing cycle begins. You're never charged overage fees.

Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. We use PostgreSQL databases with regular backups and encryption at rest.

Yes. VoteFirst is built with privacy by design. We only collect data necessary to provide the service, support data portability and deletion requests, and our analytics (PostHog) are EU-hosted.

On our marketing website, we use PostHog for analytics, hosted on EU servers. PostHog cookies are only set after you consent. The VoteFirst application itself tracks only essential usage metrics needed to provide the service.

You can request full account deletion by contacting support@votefirst.app. We will delete all your data, including projects, features, votes, and personal information, within 30 days of your request.
