VoteFirst is a feature voting and public roadmap tool for SaaS teams. It lets your customers submit, vote on, and track feature requests while you prioritize based on revenue impact, not just vote count.

You assign customers to revenue tiers (e.g., Free, Pro, Enterprise) with different vote multipliers. A vote from an Enterprise customer on a $500/mo plan counts more than a vote from a free user. This ensures you build features that drive MRR growth.

No. You can configure your voting board so visitors can submit and vote on ideas without signing up. If you prefer authenticated voting, VoteFirst supports email-based identification. You control the friction level.

Your first roadmap is public by default. Simply drag features into columns like Suggested, In Progress, and Completed. Your roadmap is instantly live on your custom domain or a VoteFirst subdomain, fully styled with your brand colors and fonts.

Yes. VoteFirst provides an iframe embed code that you can copy and paste into any website. The embedded roadmap supports full color customization via URL parameters to match your site's design.

A board is a private workspace where your team manages and organizes feature requests. A roadmap is the public-facing view that your customers see. Features flow from boards to your public roadmap as you approve and prioritize them.

Yes. The free plan includes 1 project, 1 board, and 50 interactions per month. No credit card required. It's a great way to try VoteFirst before committing to a paid plan.

You'll receive a notification when you approach your limits. If you exceed them, existing data is preserved but new interactions are paused until you upgrade or the next billing cycle begins. You're never charged overage fees.
