Sleekplan is thirteen dollars a month, and the thirteen includes the API

Most of this category treats an API as an upgrade. Sleekplan puts it on the first paid plan at thirteen dollars, with single sign on and webhooks beside it, and that is the most unusual row on their price list.

Everything below was read on Sleekplan's own pricing page on 14 September 2026.

The Sleekplan pricing page read 2026-09-14, Indie free forever for a single admin, Starter at thirteen dollars a month with SSO and API access, Business at thirty eight, and a quoted Enterprise plan
Sleekplan's published prices. Read 14 September 2026.

What does Sleekplan cost?

Four plans, one of them free forever.

Plan Paid yearly Team seats
Indie Free single admin
Starter $13 3
Business $38 10
Enterprise Custom Custom
  • Indie adds the board, the changelog, unlimited feedback and subscribers, email and in app announcements.
  • Starter adds single sign on, API access, webhooks, standard integrations, CSAT, NPS and 1,000 AI credits.
  • Business adds surveys, topic analytics, branding removal, a custom domain, 5,000 AI credits.
  • Enterprise adds SAML through Okta, Azure AD or Auth0, custom contracts, multi workspace organisations.

Tracked users, feedback items and subscribers are unlimited on every plan including the free one. The seat count is the meter and the trial is thirty days with no card.

If that arithmetic came out badly, a trial here is 14 days with a card at signup and the bill after it is $9 or $39 a month.

Is the free plan real?

Yes, and the limit is the number of people on your side rather than the number on the board.

Indie carries unlimited feedback and unlimited subscribers with a single admin workspace, plus the feedback board, the changelog and email and in app announcements.

Fourteen of the thirty two tools we read that day publish a free plan, and Indie is one of five whose cap sits on your side of the board rather than on the people using it. It stops being enough the moment a second colleague needs to log in.

That is a sensible place to put a wall. Nothing about it punishes you for having a busy board.

What this costs: two plans and a one off.

Does Sleekplan weight votes by revenue?

Yes, and we had this wrong ourselves once.

Their feedback page says to tune the weights to match how your team prioritises, naming customer impact, B2B revenue, raw votes, engagement and happiness.

It is not on the pricing page, which is where our earlier research looked, and that is how we recorded them as not having it. We are saying so because a comparison error of that shape propagates through this category for years.

The difference from ours is the shape of the number. Theirs is a set of factors tuned against each other.

Ours is one multiplier per tier, written onto the vote when it is cast, with the plain headcount kept beside the weighted total so you can always see both. How ours works is written up in full.

The insights rail beside the voter list, counting total, new and active voters, how many carry revenue, where they arrived from, and the requests with the most revenue behind them
The rail counting voters, revenue, and which requests carry money.

What is a module?

Six of them, and the navigation names each one.

Feedback, documents, roadmap, changelog, NPS and CSAT, and surveys. Above those sit their automation, analytics, a scheduled agent and an MCP server. Sleekplan is one of the broadest products in this price band, and the breadth is the argument for it.

Surveys and topic analytics are on Business at thirty eight. Announcement views, popup views and email sends are metered per plan with an add on above the allowance, which is the only usage meter on their list.

What does this cost on VoteFirst?

Nine dollars a month for one project, thirty nine for unlimited projects and a team.

We are four dollars cheaper at the entry plan and they include the API there while we put it on Pro at thirty nine, so for a buyer who wants an API the honest answer is that Sleekplan is cheaper than us.

What we have is one multiplier per tier and the plain count beside the weighted total on the same card, and a product with one job rather than six. The alternative page compares the rest.

The whole category table puts this price beside the rest.

14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
