Canny and Convas are the only two of the twenty one that meter people. Everybody else charges for a seat, a project, a board, a workspace or a plan allowance, all of which are things you control.

Going one step past the cap: the second Sleekplan admin is $13/mo, the second Savio paid user $23, each further ProductLift admin $15, each further Feature Upvote board $49, and each further block of five FeatureOS boards or seats $15. Beamer's private ideas and internal notes sit on the $99/mo tier, and AnnounceKit's $79 plan is the changelog rather than the board. Fider has no limit at all on your own server.
Every figure was read on that vendor's own pricing page on 9 September 2026, with the billing switch on the yearly side wherever a vendor publishes one. The whole priced set is published as a CSV, thirty two vendors with the unit each one bills on.
What is a tracked user?
Anybody with a post, a vote or a comment attributed to them. Not anybody who reads the board, and not anybody who signed up for your product.
Three things inside that definition surprise people. Your own admins count when they take part. A user an admin voted on behalf of counts. A user discovered by automated tooling counts. So the meter is not counting your customers, it is counting participation, which is the thing you were trying to increase.
Six vendors use the term and none of them counts quite the same people, which is what makes two price lists hard to compare.
What should I compare instead of the headline price?
The unit, then the price at the size you expect to be in a year.
A tool at $15 a project costs three times that when you ship a second and third product. A tool at $49 a board costs the same whatever happens to the board. A tool metering voters costs more every time the board works. The unit each vendor bills on is the whole comparison, and it matters more than the number in front of it.
