Featurebase pricing, and what 1,218 Featurebase workspaces pay

Featurebase charges per seat, meaning per colleague with full access. Posts, votes and end users are unlimited on every plan, the free one included. Growth costs $29 a seat a month billed yearly or $37 billed monthly, Professional $59 or $75, and Enterprise $99 or $129.

Of 1,218 live Featurebase workspaces read on 3 October 2026, 222 (18.2%) pay and 994 (81.6%) run on the free plan. The paying ones have a median of three members.

What does Featurebase cost?

Each plan card has its own billed yearly switch under the price, and it arrives switched on, so the first figure a visitor sees is the yearly rate. The code that draws the page holds the same six figures.

A paid seat is a colleague who manages feedback, replies to customers or edits settings. Professional adds 20 free Lite seats and Enterprise 50, for colleagues who only view or join the conversations they are added to. Paid plans also charge $0.49 for each conversation Fibi, Featurebase's support agent, resolves. The helpdesk and the feedback board come in one subscription.

Does Featurebase have a free plan?

Yes. It gives one seat, one board and one roadmap, with unlimited posts and end users, voting on a customer's behalf and the email that tells voters their request shipped. It has no custom domain, no in app widget, no API and no integrations. Paid plans come with a 10 day trial that needs no card, according to Featurebase's pricing page.

994 of the 1,218 workspaces read on 3 October 2026 run on it. 123 of those 994 had used a paid trial first.

On 942 of the 991 boards that do not pay and answered a second read the same day, the page carried a noindex tag, which asks search engines to leave it out of their results. Paying boards carried it on 63 of 219.

VoteFirst has no free plan, and its boards carry no noindex tag on either plan. A board that has to cost nothing, and does not need to be found in search, fits Featurebase Free, which covers one person running one board.

How many Featurebase workspaces pay?

Paying means what Featurebase's own app code means by it: an active subscription to Growth, Professional or Enterprise, or a subscription marked paid on one of the plans Featurebase sold before seat pricing. Of the 107 paying on the current plans, 58 are on Professional, 46 on Growth and 3 on Enterprise. The other 115 still pay on the older plans.

Paying workspaces have a median of three members, and half of them have between one and five. 50 of the 222 have more than five. At three seats, Growth costs $87 a month billed yearly and Professional $177.

130 of the 222 paying workspaces (58.6%) serve their board on their own domain. Free workspaces have a median of one member.

How has Featurebase's price changed?

Featurebase changed its plan names seven times between March 2021 and February 2026, across 36 captures of its pricing page in the Internet Archive. Every plan was a flat price per workspace until a capture between December 2025 and February 2026 shows the first per seat prices.

In March 2021, and from August 2022 to March 2023, the page had a monthly and yearly switch, and the archived captures do not show which period those prices belong to. The free plan is missing from every capture in that stretch. The 115 workspaces that pay on older plans pay on one of the line ups above 2026.

What does a team of four cost a year?

Removing the branding is a $69 a month add on, sold on Professional and Enterprise only. Fibi's $0.49 resolutions come on top, and their count follows support volume rather than the plan.

VoteFirst Pro, the plan with team members, is $39 a month for the whole team, with no seat count.

Does Featurebase weight votes by revenue?

It adds revenue up. From Growth, Featurebase syncs each customer's monthly spend and shows a revenue total on every request, counting each company once however many of its people asked. Each request shows its requesters and its revenue side by side, and the list can be ordered by either or by a linked CRM opportunity.

Which should you pick?

If the budget is zero, Featurebase Free.

If support and feedback belong in one subscription, Featurebase: VoteFirst has no helpdesk.

If the board has to be private to a team or a customer segment, Featurebase Professional. VoteFirst has no private boards.

If the board is the whole job and votes should count by what each customer pays, VoteFirst: $9 a month for one project, or $39 for unlimited projects and the whole team.

A workspace reached only through its own domain is missing from the count. Each board's front page was read once more that day for its robots tag, and 1,210 answered. Only the totals above are published.
