Gleap pricing, and what forty nine actually buys

Gleap pricing starts at forty nine dollars a month billed annually, and that plan carries one seat and one project. The second colleague and the second product cost the same thing, which is a step to a hundred and forty nine.

There is no per seat rate published between those two figures, so the ladder has no middle rung. That single fact decides whether Gleap is cheap or expensive for you, and it is not visible from the headline.

Everything below was read on Gleap's own pricing page on 14 September 2026.

The Gleap pricing page read 2026-09-14, Starter at forty nine dollars a month with one seat and one project, Team at a hundred and forty nine with unlimited seats, Pro at two hundred and ninety nine and Enterprise from nine hundred and ninety nine

How much does Gleap cost?

Forty nine, a hundred and forty nine, two hundred and ninety nine, or from nine hundred and ninety nine.

Plan Paid yearly Paid monthly
Starter $49/mo $59/mo
Team $149/mo $179/mo
Pro $299/mo $359/mo
Enterprise from $999/mo Custom
  • Starter adds 1 seat, 1 project, their AI support agent, live chat, in app bug reporting, a feature roadmap and a knowledge base.
  • Team adds unlimited seats, unlimited projects, all support channels, custom domains, third party integrations, outbound messaging.
  • Pro adds all their AI models, custom agents, and their product, code and resolution agents.
  • Enterprise adds SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, single sign on, bring your own key, payment by invoice, a dedicated success manager and an SLA.

Annual billing is twenty percent off the monthly rate on their own page.

Does Gleap have a free plan?

No. Their own page offers a fourteen day trial and there is nothing free after it.

The three plans this product sells, Lite, Pro and a one off Lifetime, with what each one includes and what it leaves out
What this costs: two plans and a one off.

What does the second colleague cost?

A hundred dollars a month, because there is no rate between one seat and unlimited.

Starter is one seat and one project. Team is unlimited on both. Nothing on the page sells a second seat on Starter, so the second person is the whole step from forty nine to a hundred and forty nine, which is twelve hundred dollars more a year.

The same step is triggered by a second product, so a solo founder with two apps pays the same as a five person team with one. That is unusual, and it is worth knowing before the headline forty nine gets into a budget.

Team is also where custom domains, third party integrations and outbound messaging arrive, which makes the hundred and forty nine easier to justify once you are there.

Is Gleap a feedback board?

It has one, and it is not what the product is.

Gleap is a customer support and bug reporting suite, with live chat, in app bug reports carrying the session, a knowledge base, surveys, workflows and an agent that answers. Gleap opens its API on Team, the hundred and forty nine dollar plan, and its news and changelog module sits in the same subscription.

So most of what the forty nine buys is support software. If deciding what to build next is the problem, the alternative page works through what overlaps and what does not.

The public board a visitor reads, three columns wide, each request carrying its vote count, its views and its comment count
The public board, where anyone can post and vote without an account.

Who is Gleap for?

A team whose support conversations, bug reports and feature requests all arrive in different places and nobody joins them up.

A suite is the right answer to that, and this product is not a suite. A team that already has a helpdesk it likes is paying twice for the half it does not need.

14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.

What does the board on its own cost here?

Nine dollars a month for one project, thirty nine for unlimited projects and colleagues.

The second colleague is the whole difference between the two plans here as well, so the shape is the same and the figures are not. Thirty nine against a hundred and forty nine is where the two products meet on the same question.

The honest comparison is that they are selling a helpdesk with a roadmap inside it and we are selling the board. If you need the helpdesk, ours does not replace it. What a tool that meters your customers costs instead is worked out here, and both of our figures are published.
