Gleap pricing starts at forty nine dollars a month billed annually, and that plan carries one seat and one project. The second colleague and the second product cost the same thing, a step straight to a hundred and forty nine, with no rate in between.

What does a team actually pay
The meter is seats and projects together, and both are stuck at one until the plan changes under you.

Every size past the first row lands on the same $149, because Team is unlimited on both counters. There is no rung for two seats, or for two projects run by one person, so the jump from $49 to $149 is a flat $100 a month whatever triggered it.
How has Gleap's price changed?
Gleap's entry plan was free, called Starter, in November 2021. The pricing page has listed no free plan since early 2023, and the entry price on 3 October 2026 is $49 a month billed annually for the plan now called Starter.

Gleap has renamed its plans and changed what the price meters several times: team members, then people reached, now seats and projects together. The Enterprise plan moved from a quote with no published figure in 2023 to a published starting price that rose from $299 a month in May 2024 to $1,199 a month (from $999 billed annually) by June 2026.
What counts toward the meter, and what forces the next tier
Seats and projects, counted separately but gated together. One of either over the limit moves the whole account to Team.
Team also carries unlimited seats and projects, a knowledge base, in app bug reporting, the feature roadmap itself, every support channel, custom domains, third party integrations and outbound messaging. Starter has none of those seven, so the cheapest plan that carries Gleap's feature roadmap is Team at a hundred and forty nine. Pro at $299 a month billed annually ($359 monthly) adds Gleap's own AI models, custom agents, and its product, code and resolution agents. Enterprise, from $999 a month billed annually ($1,199 monthly), adds single sign on, bring your own model endpoint, invoice billing and a dedicated success manager. SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance are on every plan, Starter included.
AI usage is billed separately on every plan, deducted from prepaid credits by tokens and model, and outbound email costs $2 per 1,000 sent.
Does Gleap have a free plan?
The pricing page lists none. Every plan carries a 14 day trial with $50 of AI credit included, and the page names no free tier for after it ends.

Against Gleap's Starter this is cheaper by forty dollars and narrower, because it has no live chat at any price, and no path to the bug reporting or knowledge base that Gleap only unlocks from Team up.
