Tracked users never appear on the bill at any tier, including the free one. What ladders instead is workspaces, boards, roadmaps, updates feeds, knowledge bases and teammates.

Tracked users, the figure most of this category meters, cost nothing at any size here. What forces an upgrade is the count of boards, roadmaps and teammates, and three features that sit higher on the ladder than a reader might expect.
How has LoopedIn's price changed?
The price has not moved since the earliest capture: $15, $30 and $50 a month billed monthly, or $12, $24 and $40 billed yearly, from September 2021 to the live page on 3 October 2026. Every capture, like the live page, opens with Annually checked, and the monthly rate appears only after a click on Monthly.

Between May and August 2022 LoopedIn cut Startup's workspaces and teammates from 5 to 3 and Pro's from 10 to 5, renamed its top plan from Unlimited to Enterprise, renamed admins and editors to teammates, and dropped the separate Agency plans that had sat beside the four read in 2021.
What each tier adds, and what forces the next one
Free carries a public board, a public roadmap, a public updates feed, a public knowledge base, voting, dark mode, anonymous voting and guest sign in.
Commenting arrives at Startup, $15 a month or $12 billed yearly. Startup also adds your logo, widgets, embeddable roadmaps, custom categories, emoji reactions and following. A board where people can vote but not reply is a counter rather than a conversation.
Email notifications arrive at Pro, $30 a month or $24 billed yearly. Pro also adds whitelabelling, custom fonts, a custom domain, integrations, pinned posts, webhooks, social sign in and password protection on public pages. Telling voters that the thing they asked for shipped is most of the reason to keep a changelog, and it sits two steps up their ladder.
The API and single sign on arrive at Enterprise, $50 a month or $40 billed yearly. Enterprise also adds user segmentation. That is the plan where the board becomes part of a product rather than a link in a footer.
So the plan a buyer needs is usually one step above the one they first price: Pro or Enterprise once notifications or the API matter, not Free.
