LoopedIn's price list has one unusual thing on it and one thing worth reading twice. The unusual thing is that tracked users are unlimited on every plan including the free one, so the crowd never appears on the bill.
The thing to read twice is what does ladder, being workspaces, boards, roadmaps, updates feeds, knowledge bases and teammates, at one, three, five and unlimited.
Everything below was read on loopedin.io/pricing on 14 September 2026.
What does LoopedIn cost?
Four plans, flat, with twenty percent off if you pay annually.
| Plan | Price | Of each | Teammates |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 1 of each | 1 |
| Startup | $12 | 3 of each | 3 |
| Pro | $24 | 5 of each | 5 |
| Enterprise | $40 | unlimited | unlimited |
- Free adds a public board, public roadmap, public updates feed, public knowledge base, voting, dark mode, anonymous voting and guest sign in.
- Startup adds your logo, widgets, embeddable roadmaps, custom categories, emoji reactions, commenting and following.
- Pro adds whitelabelling, custom fonts, a custom domain, integrations, pinned posts, email notifications, webhooks, social sign in and password protection on public pages.
- Enterprise adds API access, user segmentation and single sign on.
Tracked users are unlimited on all four, which is the figure most of this category charges for.
If you want the other side of the comparison, a trial here is 14 days with a card at signup and the bill after it is $9 or $39 a month.
Which plan do you actually need?
Higher than the one you first price, and their table says why.
Commenting arrives at twelve dollars. The free plan carries voting, anonymous voting and guest sign in, and not the reply. A board where people can vote and not answer each other is a counter rather than a conversation.
Email notifications arrive at twenty four. Telling the people who voted that the thing shipped is the reason to keep a changelog at all, and on their ladder it sits two steps up.
The API and single sign on arrive at forty. That is the plan where the board becomes part of your product rather than a link in the footer.
None of that makes the prices bad. Twelve dollars for three boards with unlimited voters is cheap, and it stays cheap as the board fills up. It means the honest comparison is Pro or Enterprise against nine or thirty nine dollars here, not Free against nine.
Does LoopedIn have a free plan?
Yes, and it is a real one. One workspace, one feedback board, one roadmap, one updates feed and one knowledge base, with unlimited tracked users, voting, anonymous voting and guest sign in, at no cost and with no card.
There is no free plan here. Fourteen days with a card at signup, then nine or thirty nine dollars a month.
Does LoopedIn sort by revenue?
Nothing on their pricing page read on 14 September 2026 mentions vote weight, MRR or a customer tier. User segmentation appears on the Enterprise plan, and segmenting is a filter on who you look at rather than a change to what a vote is worth.
That is an absence on their published page and not a claim about their software. How the weighting works here is written up in full.
What does this cost on VoteFirst?
Nine dollars a month for one project, thirty nine for unlimited projects, a team, the API and a custom domain.
Set the two ladders beside each other and the difference is where the useful things sit. Weighted voting is on the nine dollar plan here.
The API is on the thirty nine dollar plan here and on the forty dollar plan there. Email notifications are on every plan here and on the twenty four dollar plan there.
Where they are better is the free tier, which we do not have, and the knowledge base, which we do not sell at all. The alternative page goes through the rest.
The whole category table puts this price beside the rest.
14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
