Noticeable publishes changelogs and release notes. The thing it sells is a page people read, so the most important property of its price list is that from the first paid plan the number of readers is unlimited.
What it does count is projects, collaborators and widgets, all three of which step together. Everything below was read on Noticeable's own pricing page on 16 September 2026.

Annual billing saves about two months, in their own words. Every paid plan includes a fourteen day trial with no credit card.
An Enterprise plan with a published price is rare enough in this category to be worth noting. Four of the five tools that publish nothing at all in the wider comparison stop at contact sales.
If that arithmetic came out badly, a trial here is 14 days with a card at signup and the bill after it is $9 or $39 a month.
What does each step actually buy?
Free to Starter buys the custom domain and takes the watermark off, and that is all it buys. Projects, collaborators and widgets do not move.
Starter to Growth is the expensive one. Fifty dollars a month adds the second project, the second widget and the first three collaborators. If what you needed was a colleague who can publish, that colleague costs fifty dollars.
Growth to Business adds a third of each, plus two more collaborators.
So the ladder is built for somebody running several products or several clients. A single team with one changelog and two people is the case the ladder handles worst.
Does Noticeable have a free plan?
Yes, with a watermark, one project, one widget, no collaborators, and a fair use limit on monthly visitors.
It also behaves well at the end of a trial. Their page says that if you do not add a payment method, the project moves to the free plan rather than being closed, and you keep your data.
That is a small thing and it is the difference between trying something and being afraid to try it.

What is on every plan including the free one?
Appearance customisation, personalisable phrases, search engine optimisation and the WYSIWYG editor.
The third one on that list is the interesting one. A changelog is a set of public pages, and whether a vendor lets those pages be indexed is a real difference between products in this corner of the market. Noticeable puts it on every tier, free included.

What does this cost on VoteFirst, and is it the same thing?
Nine dollars a month for one project, thirty nine for unlimited projects, and the changelog is one part of it rather than the whole.
They are not the same product. Noticeable is a publishing tool and this is a feedback board that also publishes. If the announcement is the entire job, Noticeable does it with more care: more widgets, email sending, featured images and a better editor.
