ProdCamp meters two things and neither of them is your customer. The admin is somebody on your side, and the product is the thing the feedback is about. Feedback records themselves are unlimited on every plan including the free one.
What is unusual about the price list is its shape. There is a free plan, then a ninety nine dollar plan, and no step in between. Everything below was read on ProdCamp's own pricing page on 16 September 2026.
What does ProdCamp cost?
Three published plans and a quoted one.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Admins | Products | Roadmap features |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 2 | 1 | 20 |
| Startup | $99 | $990 | 5 | 1 | Unlimited |
| Business | $299 | $2,990 | 10 | 3 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Contact sales | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
- Free carries two admins, one product, twenty roadmap features and unlimited feedback records.
- Startup removes the roadmap cap and takes the admins to five. The product count does not move.
- Business takes admins to ten and products to three, and a fourth product is forty nine dollars a month.
- Enterprise removes every limit.
The annual price is ten months rather than twelve on both published plans. Business is listed as an annual commitment.
If that arithmetic came out badly, a trial here is 14 days with a card at signup and the bill after it is $9 or $39 a month.
What does a second product actually cost?
Two hundred dollars a month, because the product count does not move until Business.
| What you run | Cheapest ProdCamp plan | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| One product, two admins | Free | $0 |
| One product, five admins | Startup | $99 |
| Two products | Business | $299 |
| Four products | Business plus one | $348 |
That is the sharpest edge on the price list. A team shipping two small things pays three hundred dollars a month for the second one, and the fourth product afterwards costs forty nine.
Does ProdCamp have a free plan?
Yes, and its most interesting property is what it does not limit.
Feedback records are unlimited on the free plan. So is the customer count, and so are conversations. Most free plans in this category cap the number of posts or the number of people; this one caps the team, the product count and the roadmap.
That makes it unusually good for a solo founder and unusually quick to outgrow for anybody with a third colleague.

Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
Fourteen days of Pro, a card at signup, then nine or thirty nine a month.
What comes in the subscription besides the board?
An NPS survey widget, an embeddable feedback widget, an email forward address, a Chrome extension and an Intercom pipe.
Those are five different ways to get feedback in, which is the part of this job most tools underbuild. An email forward address in particular is the lowest friction route there is: support forwards a message and it lands as a record.
The prioritization on top is an impact and effort matrix and a RICE score, both filled in by your team.
Is RICE better than a weighted vote?
They answer different halves of the question, and the difference is where the numbers come from.
RICE asks your team to estimate reach, impact, confidence and effort. Three of those four are opinions, and the score inherits whatever the person typing them believed that morning. It is still far better than arguing without a framework.
A revenue weighted vote leaves reach and impact to the customers. Each tier carries a multiplier you set, the weight is written onto the vote at the moment it is cast, and the plain count stays beside the weighted total so anybody can check the ranking. Effort is still yours to estimate, because nobody else can.
Use both if you have both. If you only have one, the one you did not have to guess is the more useful.
What does this cost on VoteFirst?
Nine dollars a month for one project, thirty nine for unlimited projects.
The gap ProdCamp leaves between nothing and ninety nine is the band this sits in. Unlimited roadmap items on the cheapest plan, no admin counter, no product counter on the thirty nine dollar plan, and nothing counting the people who vote.
What ProdCamp has that this does not is NPS, the email forward address and a free plan. The mechanism behind the weighted vote is here and the alternative page compares the rest.
