ProdCamp is free for two admins and one product, then ninety nine dollars a month, with nothing sold between those two. Feedback records themselves are unlimited on every plan including the free one, so the meter is the admin and the product, never the customer.

Startup and Business both bill the yearly price at two months free against the monthly rate (10 of 12 months). Business is sold as an annual commitment even on its monthly figure. A fourth product on Business is $49 a month, and a second product on any plan forces Business, because Startup still carries only one.
How has ProdCamp's price changed?
The cheapest paid plan cost $10 a user a month, for one to three users, in February 2021. Read live on 3 October 2026, it costs $99 a month flat for up to five admins.

ProdCamp's billing unit moved from a per seat charge to a flat admin count between the March and December 2023 captures, and a one admin Solopreneur plan at $49 a month appeared in the December one. That plan was gone and Business had moved from contact only to a published $299 a month, annual commitment, by April 2024, the structure the live page still shows.
What counts toward the meter, and what forces an upgrade
Admins and products are what ProdCamp bills on. Feedback records, customers and conversations are unlimited at every tier, including Free, which is unusual in this category: most free plans cap posts or people, this one caps the team and the roadmap instead.
Startup removes the twenty item roadmap cap and lifts admins to five, but leaves the product count at one. Business is the first plan that allows a second product, and takes admins to ten. Enterprise removes every limit and is sold only on an annual term.
ProdCamp's own comparison also lists an NPS widget, a feedback widget, an email forward address, a Chrome extension and an Intercom pipe on every plan, with the email forward address and in app replies arriving at Startup rather than Free.
What happens at the free plan's limit
Twenty roadmap features, two admins, one product, and feedback records that never run out. The roadmap cap is the one that arrives fastest: twenty items is roughly a quarter of a young product's planning board. The second admin is the last free one; a third colleague who wants to reply forces Startup.
What does this cost on VoteFirst
Nine dollars a month for one project, thirty nine for unlimited projects. Unlimited roadmap items on the cheaper plan, no admin counter anywhere, no product counter on the thirty nine dollar plan, and nothing counting the people who vote. That sits inside the band ProdCamp leaves empty between its free plan and $99. ProdCamp has NPS, the email forward address and a free plan that VoteFirst does not sell.
