ProductPlan pricing is one plan and no published figure. Their pricing page is headed "One plan, everything and everyone included" and the plan is called the Product Intelligence Platform Plan.
There is no tier ladder, no add on list and no upgrade path to work out, which is simpler than almost everything else in this category.
What there is not is a number. The button says Book a Demo.

What does ProductPlan cost?
Unpublished. One plan, quoted on a call, described on their page as "one transparent price".
- Roadmapping and planning. Unlimited roadmaps, unlimited viewers, customizable roadmap views, portfolio views, prioritization boards, objectives and key results, in app notifications, unlimited teams, integrations, risk and dependency tracking, launch management.
- Product intelligence. Idea capture and management, research surveys, capture of product feedback from video calls, opportunity validation, AI suggested initiatives.
- Security and administration. Single sign on, advanced admin management, white glove onboarding, dedicated customer success and live support.
If you would rather see the number than be told it, a trial here is 14 days with a card at signup and the bill after it is $9 or $39 a month.
The demo board is open and it asks for no account.
How has ProductPlan's price changed?
ProductPlan's entry plan, called Individual in April 2015, cost $25 a user a month billed annually then. By May 2024 the entry plan, renamed Basic, cost $49 a user a month billed annually, the last figure the Internet Archive's captures show. The pricing page read on 3 October 2026 names no plan and no figure at all.

Three tiers narrowed to two between 2017 and 2020, and Enterprise's own figure came and went twice, priced on request in 2017 and again in 2022, stated outright in 2020 and 2023. Viewers have been free in every capture read, back to 2015.
What is the unit ProductPlan bills on?
The unit ProductPlan bills on is the person who builds roadmaps, and no one further down the list.
Their page says it plainly. "Viewers, that's anyone you share a roadmap with, are always included. You only pay for the people building and managing roadmaps."
That is the good half of a per seat model, and it is the half most of this category gets wrong. The part you cannot check is what a builder seat costs, because the page does not say.
Does ProductPlan have a free plan or a trial?
Nothing on the page read on 2 October 2026 names either. The route in is the demo form.
