ProductPlan has one plan, and the price is on a call

ProductPlan pricing is one plan and no published figure. Their pricing page is headed "One plan, everything and everyone included" and the plan is called the Product Intelligence Platform Plan.

There is no tier ladder, no add on list and no upgrade path to work out, which is simpler than almost everything else in this category.

What there is not is a number. The button says Book a Demo.

Everything below was read on productplan.com/pricing on 14 September 2026.

The ProductPlan pricing page read 2026-09-14, one plan with its feature list and a Book a Demo button, and no figure anywhere on it
ProductPlan's one plan, with no figure on it. Read 14 September 2026.

What does ProductPlan cost?

Unpublished. One plan, quoted on a call, described on their page as "one transparent price".

  • Roadmapping and planning. Unlimited roadmaps, unlimited viewers, customizable roadmap views, portfolio views, prioritization boards, objectives and key results, in app notifications, unlimited teams, integrations, risk and dependency tracking, launch management.
  • Product intelligence. Idea capture and management, research surveys, capture of product feedback from video calls, opportunity validation, AI suggested initiatives.
  • Security and administration. Single sign on, advanced admin management, white glove onboarding, dedicated customer success and live support.

If you would rather see the number than be told it, a trial here is 14 days with a card at signup and the bill after it is $9 or $39 a month.

What is the unit ProductPlan bills on?

The person who builds roadmaps, and no one further down the list.

Their page says it plainly. "Viewers, that's anyone you share a roadmap with, are always included. You only pay for the people building and managing roadmaps."

That is the good half of a per seat model, and it is the half most of this category gets wrong. The part you cannot check is what a builder seat costs, because the page does not say.

Does ProductPlan have a free plan or a trial?

Nothing on the page read on 14 September 2026 names either. The route in is the demo form.

Ours is a fourteen day trial that asks for a card at signup, and there is no free plan here either.

The three plans this product sells, Lite, Pro and a one off Lifetime, with what each one includes and what it leaves out
What this costs: two plans and a one off.

Does ProductPlan sort by revenue?

Their page lists prioritization boards, idea capture and management, opportunity validation and AI suggested initiatives. That is a team scoring and researching what to build.

It is not the same thing as a vote that carries money. On a weighted board the customer's plan multiplies their vote and the order changes without anybody re scoring anything. How ours works is written up in full, including where the tier comes from.

The insights rail beside the voter list, counting total, new and active voters, how many carry revenue, where they arrived from, and the requests with the most revenue behind them
The rail counting voters, revenue, and which requests carry money.

What does this cost on VoteFirst?

Nine dollars a month for one project, thirty nine for unlimited projects, a team, the API and a custom domain.

Two different products, and the honest split is by deliverable. If what leaves your desk is a roadmap presented to executives across several teams, ProductPlan is built for that and this is not.

If what you need is a public board where customers ask for things and the requests that pay you rise to the top, this is built for that and their page does not claim to be.

The alternative page goes through the rest, and the whole category table puts this row beside the ones that publish a figure.

14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
