A second meter prices reviewers separately, at $5 a month each past the number a plan already includes. Every plan opens with a free 14 day trial, and only Enterprise asks for a sales call before you can start.

Is there a minimum number of editors?
Tempo's pricing page names none. Read on 3 October 2026, it sells Starter "for a single roadmapper" at $19 per editor a month, and no plan on it carries a seat floor. Some roundups ranking for Roadmunk's pricing say Starter needs at least 2 users and Business at least 5. The page does not say so, so check the checkout before budgeting around a floor.
How has Roadmunk's price changed?
The entry plan cost $19 a month in August 2019 and still costs $19 a month on 4 October 2026. What changed around that fixed number is the unit it is billed on, the monthly option and the vendor selling it.

Paying by the month cost about 30 percent more while it was offered: $25 against $19 for Starter, $65 against $49 for Business and $129 against $99 for Professional. Starter lost its monthly price between November 2020 and January 2022, and by September 2023 the page said every plan was paid annually. The seat was renamed from "per user" to "per editor" between January and May 2022, and the page moved from roadmunk.com to tempo.io between September 2023 and September 2024.
What do 3, 10 and 25 editors cost?
The table multiplies the per editor rate straight through, since Roadmunk has no monthly plan to compare it against.

Three editors on Starter is three times nineteen dollars, fifty seven dollars a month. Ten editors on Business is ten times forty nine, four hundred and ninety dollars a month. Twenty five editors on Professional is twenty five times ninety nine, two thousand four hundred and seventy five dollars a month, or twenty nine thousand seven hundred dollars for the year.
None of those rows count reviewers, who sit on the separate five dollar meter once a plan's included number runs out. Three editors and twenty reviewers on Starter adds fifty seven dollars for the editors to eighty five dollars for the seventeen reviewers past the included three, which is one hundred and forty two dollars a month in total.
Is a reviewer the same as a customer?
No, and that distinction decides the bill more than headcount does.
A reviewer is somebody inside the account who can open a roadmap and comment on it, and each one past the included count costs five dollars a month. A customer reading a public roadmap is not a reviewer and needs no seat at all, because Roadmunk's own page says shareable and interactive roadmaps carry no viewer limit. How fresh that shared roadmap is depends on the plan: Starter republishes it by hand, Business on a schedule, and Professional and Enterprise in real time.
So the number to work out before reading their table is how many people need to change a roadmap rather than just read one. Five people where one edits and four only look is nineteen dollars for the editor plus three included reviewers, with the fourth and fifth reviewer at five dollars each: twenty nine dollars a month on Starter. Swap two of those four into editors and the same five people cost thirty eight dollars a month, because the math now runs on two editor seats instead of one.
Does Roadmunk have a free trial?
Yes, fourteen days, and it runs on the Business plan's feature set minus API tokens, with the native Jira integration included. The pricing page lists no free plan for after it ends.
Does Roadmunk require a demo?
Not to start. Starter, Business and Professional all begin with self serve signup and the fourteen day trial, no sales call needed. Enterprise is the exception, since its price is custom and Tempo sells it through a conversation rather than a published number.
What changed when Roadmunk joined Tempo?
Less than the new name suggests. Roadmunk is sold as Strategic Roadmaps on Tempo's own pricing page, at the same $19, $49 and $99 it charged in 2019, with the same $5 reviewer seat. SSO on Professional, and portfolio roadmaps and the $9 two way sync on Business, were already on roadmunk.com in May 2022. What the move ended was the choice of paying by the month, which the roadmunk.com page had already dropped by September 2023.
Who is Roadmunk for?
A company already buying other Tempo or Jira products, where the roadmap is an internal planning document reviewed by colleagues rather than shown to customers. The per editor and per reviewer pricing suits a team that is mostly looking, with a small number of people doing the actual planning.
It suits a different buyer less well: a company that wants customers to vote on what gets built. Customers can read a shared roadmap at no cost and send feedback through a portal form from Business up, but the pricing page names no customer vote anywhere.
