Savio's price list has two kinds of user on it and the difference between them decides your bill. Free users are unlimited on every plan. Paid users cost between twenty three and forty nine dollars a month each, and the first one is included.
Everything below was read on Savio's own pricing page on 14 September 2026.
What does Savio cost?
Three plans, each with one paid user included.
| Plan | Price | Extra paid users |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | $39 | $23/mo each |
| Professional | $79 | $39/mo each |
| Business | $249 | $49/mo each |
- Essential adds centralising and triaging feedback, essential prioritisation, closing the loop, a public or private voting board, 1 roadmap, the Intercom, Help Scout and Slack integrations, and logging feedback by email.
- Professional adds customer segmentation, 5 roadmaps, product areas, a Chrome extension, Zendesk, Zapier, the API, Shortcut and Jira.
- Business adds multiple products, unlimited roadmaps, Segment.com, HubSpot and Salesforce.
Annual plans get two months free on their own page. The trial is fourteen days and their page says it needs no card. Every plan carries data export on demand, GDPR compliance, voting on behalf of customers and single sign on for the voting board.
If that arithmetic came out badly, a trial here is 14 days with a card at signup and the bill after it is $9 or $39 a month.
Does Savio have a free plan?
No. Their pricing page read on 14 September 2026 carries a fourteen day trial that asks for no card. Free users are unlimited on the paid plans, which is a different thing and is the half of their model worth understanding.
What makes a user a paid user?
Somebody on your side who does the work, rather than somebody who votes.
That is the model, and it is the same shape as a per seat plan with the first seat folded into the base price. The important half is the other one. Free users are unlimited, so customers and colleagues who only look never appear on the bill.
The arithmetic runs steeply. Three people working in Savio on Essential is thirty nine plus twenty three plus twenty three, which is eighty five dollars a month.
Three on Professional is a hundred and fifty seven. A product team of six on Professional is two hundred and seventy four dollars a month, which is above the Business plan's base price.
Does Savio sort by revenue?
Yes, and their own words are worth being precise about.
Savio's product page says you can sort and prioritise feature requests by business metrics like opportunity value, account MRR or plan, or any other data from HubSpot or Salesforce. That is ordering a list by a number attached to an account.
It is not the same thing as changing what a vote weighs. On a board that sorts by MRR you read the money in a column.
On a board that weights the vote, a request with four votes from four large accounts moves above one with thirty from a free tier without anybody re sorting anything.
The other difference is where the number comes from. Savio's arrives from a CRM, which is the right source if your revenue truth lives in HubSpot or Salesforce. Ours arrives from Stripe, Paddle or a CSV and lands on a tier. How ours works is written up in full.
What does this cost on VoteFirst?
Nine dollars a month for one project, thirty nine for unlimited projects, a team, the API and a custom domain.
The cleanest way to see the gap is the second colleague. Ours costs nothing extra, because thirty nine is the plan and not the seat. Theirs costs twenty three on Essential and thirty nine on Professional.
Where they are better is the CRM integrations. If your feature requests arrive through Intercom, Help Scout, Zendesk, HubSpot or Salesforce rather than on a public board, Savio is built for exactly that and this product is not. The alternative page goes through the rest.
The whole category table puts this price beside the rest.
14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
