Supahub's price list is the clearest ladder in this category, because every tier is the same eleven rows with more of them ticked. The meter is boards and admins, and end users are unlimited everywhere including the free plan.
Everything below was read on Supahub's own pricing page on 14 September 2026.
What does Supahub cost?
Four plans, billed yearly with two months free.
| Plan | Paid yearly | Paid monthly | Boards | Admins |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 1 | 1 |
| Starter | $15/mo | $19/mo | 2 | 2 |
| Growth | $40/mo | $49/mo | 10 | 3 admins and 1 customer success manager |
| Premium | $125/mo | $149/mo | Unlimited | 10 admins and 5 customer success managers |
Unlimited end users appears on all four, including the free one. The trial is ten days by their own frequently asked questions.
If that arithmetic came out badly, a trial here is 14 days with a card at signup and the bill after it is $9 or $39 a month.
Is the free plan usable?
Yes for one person running one board, and their own table shows exactly where it stops.
Free carries one feedback board, one admin and unlimited end users. What it does not carry is the changelog and feedback widgets, email customisation, any integration, their value and effort prioritisation module, a custom domain, post moderation, single sign on, user segmentation, or the API and webhooks.
The widgets are the row worth noticing. Without them the board is a page your customers have to go to, rather than something that opens inside your product, and that difference decides how much feedback you actually collect.
Where does single sign on arrive?
Growth, at forty dollars a month billed yearly, which is the third tier.
Custom domain, post moderation and the value and effort prioritisation module arrive on the same tier. The API and webhooks are one further up on Premium at a hundred and twenty five, and user segmentation is there too.
So the ladder is unusually legible, the same list on every card with the wall moving right. A buyer can see in one glance what the next fifty dollars buys, which is more than most of this category manages.
Does Supahub weight votes by revenue?
Nothing on the pages we read on 14 September 2026 mentions vote weight, customer revenue or a tier multiplier.
Their value and effort prioritisation module, on Growth, scores a request by how much it is worth against how hard it is. That is the same shape as the demand and effort arithmetic on our own board, and it is not a revenue weighting. Ours is published in full, formula included.
What does this cost on VoteFirst?
Nine dollars a month for one project, thirty nine for unlimited projects and a team.
Against free, nine dollars has to earn its place, and against fifteen it is cheaper for one project.
The comparison is close and the honest version is that they win on the free plan and we win on the paid entry plan, with a real difference in what each one does with a vote from a paying customer.
The alternative page compares the rest, and every vendor's price and unit is on one page.
14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
