Most free plans in this category are a shape of trial with a cap you hit in a week. UserJot's is a plan. Two boards, three admin roles, unlimited posts and unlimited users, with no expiry and no card.
Everything below was read on UserJot's own pricing section on 14 September 2026.
What does UserJot cost?
Three plans and the first one is zero.
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Free | Free |
| Starter | $29 |
| Professional | $59 |
- Free includes unlimited posts, unlimited users, 3 admin roles, 2 feedback boards, a public roadmap, a public changelog.
- Starter includes a custom domain, guest posting, automatic login, 5 boards, private boards, one integration.
- Professional includes unlimited boards, advanced search, single sign on, unlimited integrations, unlimited admin roles, public identity masking.
Their own line above the plans is that charging per user for a feedback tool is like charging per customer for a store, and that they price the tool rather than your reach. Unlimited users appears on every plan including the free one.
If you need something the free plan does not carry, a trial here is 14 days with a card at signup and the bill after it is $9 or $39 a month.
What does the free plan not do?
Four things, and the first one is the one that matters.
There is no custom domain, so your board lives at their subdomain and a visitor can see whose software you bought. There is no automatic login, so a customer already signed into your product signs in again to vote. Private boards are on Starter. And there is one integration only from Starter upward.
None of those stops a board working. If what you need is a place for customers to post and vote and see a roadmap, zero dollars does it and keeps doing it.
Does UserJot weight votes by revenue?
Nothing on the pages we read on 14 September 2026 mentions vote weight, customer revenue or a tier multiplier.
That is an absence on their published pages rather than proof about their software. Twenty one of the twenty eight products we read that day publish nothing about customer revenue, so this is the category's normal position rather than a gap peculiar to them.
Ours puts each voter in a tier with a whole number multiplier, writes that weight onto the vote when it is cast, and shows the plain count beside the weighted total. The mechanism is here.
What does this cost on VoteFirst?
Nine dollars a month, against their zero.
There is no way to make that comparison flatter and the page is not going to try.
If budget is the whole problem, UserJot's free plan is better than our nine dollar one, and their Starter at twenty nine is more than three times ours for a custom domain we put on Pro at thirty nine.
What we have is the weighting, and the question is whether your voters pay you very different amounts. If they all pay roughly the same, weighting has nothing to weigh and the free plan next door is the right answer.
The alternative page says the same thing at more length, and every vendor's price and unit is on one page.
14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
