Savio reads revenue from your CRM, ProductLift reads it from Stripe

Savio and ProductLift are both built to put a dollar figure next to a feature request, and this is the one pair on the site where neither vendor treats that as a side feature. The two of them get to the number by different routes.

Savio pulls an account's MRR out of HubSpot or Salesforce and lets you sort by it. ProductLift pulls it out of Stripe and folds it into the vote itself.

Everything below was read on each vendor's own pages on 15 September 2026.

What does each one charge?

Thirty nine dollars a month for Savio's Essential plan with one paid user included, and nineteen for ProductLift's Starter with two admins included.

ProductLift$19/moworkspace14 days

Read on each vendor's own pricing page on 2026-09-15.

The Savio pricing page read 2026-09-14, Essential at thirty nine dollars a month, Professional at seventy nine and Business at two hundred and forty nine, each including one paid user with the price of each extra one beside it
Savio's published prices. Read 14 September 2026.
The ProductLift pricing page read 2026-09-14, Starter at twenty nine dollars a month or nineteen billed yearly, Pro at seventy nine or forty nine, and Business at a hundred and ninety nine or a hundred and twenty nine
ProductLift's published prices. Read 14 September 2026.

Savio counts the colleagues doing the triaging. One paid user rides free inside every plan, a second costs twenty three dollars more on Essential, and every customer who only watches or votes never appears on the bill.

ProductLift counts admins against a fixed allowance per plan, two on Starter, five on Pro, twenty five on Business, at fifteen dollars for each one past the line. Its own page states plainly that end users cost nothing at any size.

How much does Savio cost compared to ProductLift?

Both meters move with the size of your own team rather than your audience, so the shape that matters is your headcount, not your voter count.

Your situation Savio ProductLift
3 people triage feedback, 1 board $85/mo billed yearly, Essential plus two extra users at $23 each $34/mo billed yearly, Starter plus one extra admin at $15
7 people, still one workspace $177/mo billed yearly, Essential plus six extra users at $23 each $79/mo billed yearly, Pro plus two extra admins at $15 each, cheaper than staying on Starter at $94
12 people, and the team wants the revenue link switched on $788/mo billed yearly, Business plus eleven extra users at $49 each, the plan that carries HubSpot and Salesforce $154/mo billed yearly, Pro plus seven extra admins at $15 each, the plan that carries Stripe

The bottom row is the one worth sitting with. Savio's own pricing page puts the two named CRM connectors, HubSpot and Salesforce, on its top plan only, so a team wanting that specific sync pays the Business rate on every seat, not just the base fee.

ProductLift's Stripe connection sits one plan up from its entry price rather than at the top, which is a smaller jump.

Neither vendor prints a rate for every step of its own meter. Savio's per user figure is exact at each of the three plans it publishes. ProductLift's fifteen dollar admin fee is exact too. What neither page states is what happens past a hundred admins or a hundred paid users, because nobody in this market seems to expect a team that size.

If you would rather look at a board than read about billing, the demo is open without an account.

Which one should you choose?

They solve for two different fears, and the honest answer keeps both of them in view.

Savio's approach suits a team that already lives inside a CRM, because the account's real MRR sits beside the request without anyone typing a number in by hand. If your support and sales records are the source of truth, that is worth more than a public board would give you.

ProductLift's Stripe link is the more convenient of the two mechanisms, because a customer's plan change reaches the vote the moment it happens in billing, with nobody opening a spreadsheet to update it.

Savio also carries single sign on for its voting board on every plan it sells, which is a stronger starting position than most tools in this category offer at any price.

Nothing here counts the people who vote, so a busy board costs the same.

Why choose Savio over ProductLift, or ProductLift over Savio?

Because one of them assumes your feedback starts in a support ticket and the other assumes it starts in Stripe.

Choose Savio when Intercom, Help Scout, Zendesk, HubSpot or Salesforce already hold the requests, because that is the exact shape it was built to read from.

Choose ProductLift when a public board is the thing your customers actually visit and your billing already runs through Stripe, because the two connect without a separate CRM in the middle.

Is there a cheaper alternative to both?

Depends on which number in your own company tends to grow, the paid seats or the admin roster.

Against Savio's per user fee, a flat price wins the day a fourth or fifth colleague needs a login. Against ProductLift's admin allowance, the same is true past its own line.

The category's full unit table names every vendor's billing shape on one page, and the calculator prices a headcount you choose against a metered plan.

Nine dollars buys the flat plan here, with weighting on it already rather than gated behind a CRM sync or a middle tier.

What does each do with a vote from a big customer?

Savio sorts and filters by a figure read from your CRM. ProductLift multiplies that same kind of figure into the vote itself. The difference is whether the number changes the order or changes the count.

Vendor Source of the figure What happens to the request
Savio An account's MRR or plan, read from HubSpot or Salesforce Sorted and filtered by that figure
ProductLift A customer's MRR and plan tier, read from Stripe Multiplied into the vote itself, on Pro
VoteFirst A whole number multiplier set on a tier by hand Multiplied into the vote itself, on every plan

Read on each vendor's own pages on 2026-09-15.

Savio's own product pages describe slicing and filtering requests by a stored account figure. That reorders a list. It does not change what one vote is worth against another, so four votes from four large accounts still count as four votes until somebody reads the column next to them.

ProductLift's own pages describe the opposite, revenue behind every single vote, computed from a live Stripe figure rather than a number somebody typed in. That is closer to what this product does, just fed from billing rather than from a tier chosen by hand.

Checked against our own matrix of thirty two feedback tools, eight write some kind of revenue view into their own pricing or product pages, Savio and ProductLift among them.

Of those eight, four go the extra step and actually weight the vote rather than only ordering a list by the figure, and ProductLift is one of the four. Savio, on its own wording, is one of the four that orders rather than weights.

Can I move from one to the other?

Both vendors' own pages promise an export. Savio's pricing page states data export on demand on every plan, and ProductLift's alternative page states it exports to CSV, but neither spells out what the export actually contains once opened.

Neither one documents an importer built for the other's format, so moving in either direction means rebuilding the request list rather than pushing a file across.

What is least likely to survive a move between a CRM linked tool and a Stripe linked one is the account context itself. Savio's requests carry whatever HubSpot or Salesforce attached to them, and that record has no home on a board that only knows a Stripe customer ID.

Where we fit, and where we do not

We connect to Stripe, Paddle or a CSV, and nothing else. There is no Intercom, Help Scout, HubSpot or Salesforce sync anywhere in this product, so a team whose feedback lives in a support tool will find nothing here to read it.

Both Savio and ProductLift give a colleague more than one place to work before a second project of ours is needed. Savio's Essential plan includes one roadmap and Professional includes five. ProductLift's Starter includes two boards. Ours is one project on Lite, and a second one needs the thirty nine dollar plan.

Both of them also reach single sign on somewhere on their own ladder, Savio for the voting board on every plan and ProductLift's SAML on Business. We sign a voter in with a token from your own application, on Pro, and we have no SAML at any price.

What this product does instead is put a whole number multiplier on a tier and write it onto the vote the moment it is cast, with the plain count still shown beside the weighted total, on the nine dollar plan as well as the thirty nine dollar one.

What is Savio, and what is ProductLift?

Savio is a feature request tracker built around your support tools rather than a public board. Requests arrive from Intercom, Help Scout, Zendesk, HubSpot or Salesforce, and the bill is set by the paid seats on your own side.

ProductLift is a feedback board with a roadmap, a changelog and a knowledge base. Its bill runs on the admin roster, a set number comes bundled into each of its three plans, and fifteen dollars buys one more past that line.

Does either one have a free plan?

Neither does. Savio's pricing page, read on 15 September 2026, carries a fourteen day trial that its own page says needs no card, and thirty nine dollars is the cheapest thing you can keep.

ProductLift's page, read the same day, states plainly that it offers a free trial rather than a permanent free plan. That trial is also fourteen days with no card, and nineteen dollars billed yearly is the cheapest thing after it.

The honest summary

Savio's number comes from a CRM and orders a list by it. ProductLift's number comes from Stripe and changes what a vote is worth. Both are real mechanisms and both cost more than nine dollars to reach on their own ladders.

Whichever one fits, the choice was already made by where your feedback and your billing live before either price came into it.

The Savio alternative page and the ProductLift one carry each side on its own.

14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
