Kampsite pricing, by the suggestion

Kampsite sold customer feedback boards, product changelogs, product roadmaps and a website suggestion box, priced by how many suggestions a board could hold rather than by how many people voted on them. On 4 October 2026 kampsite.co no longer serves that page at all. The domain now redirects to an unrelated address that itself redirects to a domain auction listing, so there is no current price to read.

Every figure below comes from the Internet Archive's copies of kampsite.co/pricing, the newest readable one taken on 26 April 2025.

What did Kampsite cost?

Two plans, one free, and no yearly discount on either in any capture.

Plan A month Team members Suggestions
Starter $0 Not stated Up to 30
Plus $19 Three to five Unlimited

Starter carried a custom subdomain, Slack integration and comments. Plus added every Starter feature plus a custom domain and custom labels. A note under the table invited anyone who needed more to email support and work something out, with no enterprise price printed.

Was there a free plan or a trial?

Starter was free with no time limit and no card requested, capped at 30 suggestions. No capture of the page, from 2021 to 2025, mentions a trial on Plus, a refund policy or a cancellation term. The signup buttons read "Get started for free" and "Sign Up Now" with nothing promised beyond that.

How did Kampsite's price change?

Up once, then still for two years.

Archive copy What the pricing page showed
June to October 2021 Starter $0 for up to 30 suggestions; Plus $10 a month, labeled Early Bird Pricing, for unlimited suggestions and three to five team members
June 2023 Plus raised to $19 a month, same features, same Early Bird Pricing label
February 2024 Identical to the June 2023 capture
April 2025 Identical to the June 2023 capture

Plus nearly doubled from $10 to $19 between October 2021 and June 2023, and the page kept calling that price an early bird rate for the next two years without changing it again. The last readable capture is from April 2025. Requesting the page on 4 October 2026 returns a redirect chain to a different, unrelated domain, with no pricing content anywhere in it.

Does Kampsite meter the people who vote?

No capture mentions voters, users or revenue anywhere on the page. The only counters Kampsite ever sold by were suggestions, which is the posts on the board, and team members, which is the staff who manage it. A board that gets busy with voters costs the same as a quiet one.

$9 /mo

Lifetime

$999 once

Everything in Pro Every future Pro feature Paid once, never renewed

Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.

VoteFirst is $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no free plan and a 14 day trial that asks for a card. Kampsite's honest advantage, while its page was still live, was that free plan itself: a board that never expired and never asked for payment details, against VoteFirst's trial that needs a card up front. That page, and the domain behind it, no longer serve Kampsite. FeedBear, Frill and Fider are still sold and priced on their own pages, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.

How were these prices read?

A request for kampsite.co/pricing on 4 October 2026 was redirected, through a 301 to an unrelated domain and a second 301 from there, to a domain auction listing with no mention of Kampsite. Every price above comes from the Internet Archive's copies of kampsite.co/pricing taken on 16 June and 27 October 2021, 6 June 2023, 24 February 2024 and 26 April 2025. Prices are in US dollars, exactly as Kampsite's own page printed them.

14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
