Viima prices in euros, excluding VAT, and publishes its figures as monthly amounts billed annually. The product answers to HYPE Boards on its own site while the domain stays viima.com.
Two numbers decide what you pay: how many people are in the workspace and how many boards you need. Everything below was read on their own pricing page on 2 October 2026.
What does Viima cost?
One published plan and two quoted ones.

- Basic carries the basic features, idea evaluations, gamification and single sign on with Microsoft, Google or a social account.
- Pro adds custom fields, customizable appearance and notifications, ten workflow automations per board, third party integrations with Jira and Microsoft Teams, and optional implementation support.
- Advanced adds unlimited automations, advanced user roles, mass imports and updates, a REST API and a dedicated customer success manager.
Prices exclude VAT. The Basic figure above is a monthly amount billed annually, and their page says Basic is also sold on a monthly contract, starting at €89 a month, at a slightly higher rate per user.
If that arithmetic came out badly, a trial here is 14 days with a card at signup and the bill after it is $9 or $39 a month.
What happens once Basic's caps run out?
Basic's ten included users cost nothing extra; past that, each one is €7 a month, with no published ceiling on headcount.

That arithmetic never reaches Pro, because Pro no longer has a published price to compare it against. The number that actually stops a Basic team is boards: two, whatever the headcount. A programme that wants a third board, more than a hundred people, or anything Pro or Advanced adds has to contact sales, with no rate published to plan against.
Does Viima have a free plan?
No, and their own questions page is where that is settled.
Every plan starts with a fourteen day free trial of Pro and asks for no credit card. Their questions page says that once the trial ends, access is revoked until you buy Basic with a card or contact sales for Pro or Advanced. There is no free tier to fall back to.

What is a board here, and why does two feel small?
A board is one process with its own access rights, in their own description, so each board can run differently and admit different people.
That is a genuinely useful design for an innovation programme, where a cost saving challenge and a new product challenge want different rules and different audiences. It also means the natural number of boards is the number of distinct programmes you run, and almost nobody runs only two.
So the two board limit on Basic is doing the same work a seat minimum does elsewhere. It is the line that moves a serious customer up a tier.
What does this cost on VoteFirst?
Nine dollars a month for one project and thirty nine for unlimited projects, with no user count and no board count.
The whole shape is different because the audience is. Viima counts the people inside your company who take part. This counts nothing: the board is public, the voters are unlimited, and the only thing the price follows is how many projects you run.
