FeatureOS, the product everybody still searches for as Hellonext, prices a plan against two separate allowances, your boards and your seats. What does each one charge?

FeatureOS's Starter plan is sixty dollars for five boards and five seats together, with fifteen dollars charged for a sixth of either, tracked as two separate running totals on the same invoice.

Featurebase's card carries a switch, defaulted to billed yearly, that turns twenty nine dollars a seat into thirty seven the moment you pay monthly. Its own board allowance rises with the plan you are already paying for the seat, so nothing extra is billed for a second or third board on Growth.

A page comparing the pair on price alone would miss the part that decides most real invoices, which is how many boards you run rather than what the seat costs.

How much does Hellonext cost compared to Featurebase?

It depends on your headcount and your board count together, and the two vendors add them up in different orders.

The gap opens fast once headcount climbs, because Featurebase's bill scales with every person while FeatureOS charges the same sixty or hundred and twenty dollars whether five people share it or one does.

Neither vendor prints a rate for boards beyond a fixed ladder. FeatureOS states $15 for each extra board past its plan's allowance, and Featurebase's own board caps sit at one, five, ten and unlimited with no in between figure, so a company sitting just over a line pays for the whole next step.

What does each do with a vote from a big customer?

Nothing on FeatureOS's pages names a revenue signal at all. Featurebase's own wording is to sync a customer's spend and company name, then sort requests by the revenue behind them, which reorders a list rather than putting more weight on the vote itself.

Can I move from one to the other?

Neither vendor's pages describe a self serve export for us to point at, so the honest note is that we could not confirm one exists by reading their own site.

What usually goes missing on a move between any pair of tools in this category is who cast each individual vote rather than the running total, the threading under a comment, and every board link a customer has already bookmarked.

Where we fit, and where we do not

Both also carry a feature built with artificial intelligence, and we build none. FeatureOS's own pricing page lists AI features on every plan without describing what they do. Featurebase charges by the resolution for its AI agent and by the seat for unlimited AI Copilot on top of that.

What we do instead is set an integer weight per tier and apply it the moment somebody votes, keeping the raw headcount printed next to the weighted total on the same card, on the nine dollar plan the same as the thirty nine dollar one.
