Hellonext and FeatureOS are the same product under two names, so if you went looking for one and ended up at the other, nothing has gone wrong.
The old domain answers every request with a permanent redirect to the new one. So does the brand's own middle name, because featureos.app redirects to featureos.com as well, which means all three addresses land on one product.
Checked on 2 October 2026, it returned a 308, which is the status code a server sends when an address has moved for good and the method should not change.
Half the comparison pages in this category still list Hellonext as a separate product with its own pricing, which is how you end up on a page like this wondering whether you missed something.
What are the alternatives to FeatureOS?
FeatureOS bundles five modules at fifty dollars a month paid yearly, with five boards and five seats and fifteen dollars a month for each one above that. Below is every tool with a price that could be read, so you can see what the breadth costs against a single board.

Is Hellonext the same as FeatureOS?
Yes. One product, one company, one price list, under the newer name, and that price list is written out on the FeatureOS pricing page.
There is nothing to migrate and no decision to make about which one to sign up for, because there is only one thing to sign up for.
If you have old bookmarks or old documentation pointing at the previous domain, they will keep working as long as the redirect stands, and a permanent redirect is a statement of intent rather than a guarantee, so it is worth updating them anyway.
None of the above is hard to verify, because the trial is 14 days and the price after it is $9 or $39 a month.

What does FeatureOS cost?
Starter is 60 dollars a month, or $600 a year which works out at $50 a month.
Growth is $120 a month, or $1,200 paid yearly. Business is $250 a month. The pricing page takes up to 17 percent off any plan paid yearly.
There is a thirty day trial and no card is asked for at the start of it. The page lists no free plan.
The unit is not quite flat. A plan comes with an allowance, and seats and boards above that allowance are charged separately.
What is the first thing you run out of?
The first thing you run out of is the sixth board or the sixth seat, and each additional one is 15 dollars a month.
Starter includes all five of their modules, five boards, five seats and three integrations. That is a lot of product for the money if you use the modules, and whether you will use them is the thing to work out first.
Five modules you use is good value at 60 dollars. Five modules where you use one is 60 dollars for one.
Does FeatureOS weight votes by revenue?
Not on any page found on the day it was checked. There is no mention of vote weight, of monthly revenue or of customer tiers anywhere in their product pages.
That is a statement about what their marketing says rather than a claim about the inside of their software, and it is the kind of thing that changes, so check before you decide anything on it.
It is also not a rare gap. Most tools in this category count one vote per person, and several that do offer weighting have shipped it recently. VoteFirst is not the only one.

Is it a finished product?
Two facts, given both rather than the one that suits a single side.
Their footer carries a copyright running from 2013, so the company behind it has been trading for over a decade. That is a long time in this category and most of their competitors are younger.
Their pricing page also carries the line that this is an experimental offering. That is their wording, on their own page, about their own product.
What they mean by it is not clear, and no interpretation is invented here. If you are about to put your customer feedback somewhere for the next three years, it is a fair thing to ask them about.
Does FeatureOS have a free plan?
No. Their pricing page read on 14 September 2026 carries a thirty day trial that asks for no card. The sixty dollar Starter plan is the cheapest thing you can keep.
Does FeatureOS have a public roadmap and single sign on?
Hellonext, which is called FeatureOS now, carries a Product Roadmap as one of its five modules, and it is a public roadmap your customers can read. Hellonext puts single sign on on Growth.
VoteFirst publishes a public roadmap with a Denied column on every plan, and signs a voter in with a token from your own application on the thirty nine dollar plan rather than with SAML.
Is there a free FeatureOS alternative?
Yes, several, and none of them is FeatureOS. Fider is the free one to know about, because it is open source and its hosted tier runs to two hundred and fifty feedback items.
UserJot gives two boards and three admin roles, Supahub gives one board and one admin, Featurebase gives one seat, and Sleekplan's Indie tier is a single admin workspace that does not expire.
All five were read on their own pages on 14 September 2026. VoteFirst is not one of them. There is no free plan here, only a fourteen day trial that asks for a card at signup.
Is FeatureOS worth it, and when is it the better answer?
If you want a feedback board, a roadmap, a changelog, forms and a knowledge base from one vendor with one login and one invoice, that bundle is the product and 60 dollars a month is a reasonable price for it.
If you need more than five boards or more than five people, they have a published price for that and it scales predictably at 15 dollars a head.
Where VoteFirst is
Nine dollars a month on LITE, for one project, with weighted voting included. Thirty nine on PRO, which adds more projects, the API and a custom domain.
VoteFirst does a feedback board, a public roadmap and a changelog. It does not do forms, it does not do a knowledge base, and there are no plans to. If you want the bundle, the bundle is worth paying for and it is not VoteFirst.
What VoteFirst does that FeatureOS does not appear to is let you say that a vote from a customer on your top tier counts for more than a vote from a free account.
You set an integer multiplier on each tier, a vote carries its tier's multiplier, and the plain headcount stays visible next to the weighted total so you can see when one large customer is driving something the rest of your board did not ask for.
There is a fourteen day trial on whichever plan you pick, and a card is required to start it, worth knowing before you reach the form.
