Jotform pricing, by the submission

Jotform builds forms, sign up sheets, surveys and AI agents, and prices every self serve plan the same way: one user, with higher caps on forms, submissions and storage as the price rises. The free Starter plan covers 5 forms and 100 submissions a month. Bronze is $39 a month, or $34 billed yearly, for 25 forms and 1,000 submissions. Silver is $49 or $39 for 50 forms and 2,500 submissions. Gold is $129 or $99 for 100 forms and 10,000 submissions, and is the first plan with HIPAA enabled forms. Enterprise drops the one user limit for a multiuser platform with unlimited forms and submissions, priced only after a sales call.

Every current figure here was read from jotform.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, as the page renders it in both billing views. Every older one came from the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

What does Jotform cost?

Billed monthly $0 $39 $49 $129 Custom
Submissions a month 100 1,000 2,500 10,000 Unlimited

Available space 100 MB 1 GB 10 GB 100 GB Not stated
HIPAA enabled forms No No No Yes Yes

Starter through Gold are each labeled a one user individual plan; Enterprise is the only multiuser plan. Bronze removes Jotform branding, Silver raises every cap, and Gold is the first plan with HIPAA features. Enterprise adds single sign on, a custom domain and enhanced security, with its price given only after a call. The page opens on yearly billing, and the FAQ puts the yearly saving at up to 20 percent.

What happens past the submission limit?

Jotform's FAQ says an account past a usage limit gets a notification email and a warning on its dashboard, and that exceeding total submission storage makes the system delete the oldest response to make room for new ones. The only way to raise a limit is to upgrade to the next plan; the page prints no per submission add on price.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

Starter has no time limit and needs no card, though its forms carry Jotform branding and it excludes HIPAA enabled forms. Jotform's FAQ says there is no trial period for the paid plans, and that Starter is how a prospective customer tries the rest of the product before upgrading. Paid plans carry a 30 day money back guarantee instead: cancel within 30 days of payment and Jotform issues a full refund. Nonprofits and schools get 50 percent off Bronze, Silver and Gold, and 30 percent off Enterprise. Jotform charges US dollars outside Europe and euros inside it, and adds tax to the final price unless a valid tax ID is entered at checkout.

How has Jotform's price changed?

Archive copy Plans and prices a month
April 2010 Free; Premium at $9.95 for 1,000 submissions and 1 GB; Professional at $49.95 for 1,000,000 submissions and 100 GB
February 2012 The same plans and prices, with storage raised to 100 MB, 10 GB and 1 TB
July 2016 Starter free; Bronze at $19 for 1,000 submissions; Silver at $39 for 10,000; Gold at $99 for 100,000
July 2018 The same prices; Bronze with 25 forms, Silver with 100 and HIPAA compliance, Gold with unlimited forms and 1 TB; a 30 day money back guarantee
July 2020 to July 2022 Bronze $29, Silver $39 and Gold $99 billed monthly, or $24, $29 and $79 billed yearly, for 1,000, 2,500 and 10,000 submissions
July 2023 to October 2026 Bronze $39, Silver $49 and Gold $129 billed monthly, or $34, $39 and $99 billed yearly

The largest change hid behind steady prices. Between the 2018 and 2020 copies Silver stayed at $39 a month and Gold at $99, while Silver's submissions fell from 10,000 a month to 2,500 and Gold's from 100,000 to 10,000. Then by July 2023 the monthly prices rose by $10, $10 and $30, so Gold billed monthly now costs $129 for a tenth of what $99 bought in 2018.

Does Jotform run a feature voting board?

Jotform sells templates a customer can use to collect feature requests from their own users, a feature voting form among them. Its pricing page links no public board or roadmap where Jotform's own customers vote on what it builds next.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no cap on votes or requests. It builds no forms and takes no payments, which Jotform's free plan already does. Typeform prices the closest form builder by response volume, Tally prices one with an unlimited free plan, the form builder shortlist compares eleven form builders by the response, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
