Formbricks Cloud has a free Hobby plan for 250 survey responses a month, then Pro at $89 a month, or $74 a month billed yearly, for 2,000 responses, and Scale at $390 a month, or $325 billed yearly, for 5,000. Enterprise features are quoted. Self hosting the open source Community Edition costs nothing, and the Enterprise Edition license for a self hosted copy is priced only on request.
Every current price here was read on formbricks.com/pricing on 4 October 2026. The page opens on the yearly prices, and the monthly ones sit behind its billing switch.
What does each cloud plan cost?
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | A year on the yearly price | Workspaces | Responses a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hobby | Free | Free | Free | 1 | 250 |
| Pro | $89 a month | $74 a month | $888 | 3 | 2,000 |
| Scale | $390 a month | $325 a month | $3,900 | 5 | 5,000 |
| Enterprise add ons | Quoted | Quoted | Quoted | On request | On request |
Paying yearly is two months free, as the page puts it: $180 a year saved on Pro and $780 on Scale. Seats are unlimited from Pro up, so a team of twenty pays the same as a team of two. What grows the bill is responses. Pro and Scale offer opt in overage once a month's responses run out, and the page prints no rate for it.
What does each plan add?
Hobby has link surveys and in product surveys with every question type, conditional logic, hidden fields, partial responses, recalled answers, file uploads, single use links and full API access, including MCP. Data is hosted in Frankfurt.
Pro adds unlimited seats, removal of the Formbricks branding, identification of respondents, contact and segment management with attribute based targeting, every integration, email follow ups, custom webhooks, the iOS and Android SDKs and AI translations.
Scale adds teams and access roles, quota management and workflows. Its card also lists enterprise add ons, sold on request: feedback management that brings feedback from every source together, AI labelling by topic and subtopic, and custom dashboards.
What does self hosting Formbricks cost?
The code is open source. Formbricks' license file puts everything in the repository under AGPLv3 except one enterprise directory, which carries its own license, and the JavaScript, iOS, Android and API packages, which are MIT. Running the Community Edition on your own server is free.
The enterprise directory needs a paid license in production. Formbricks' self hosting documentation prices it as a fixed monthly fee and gives no figure: a buyer lists the enterprise features it wants and Formbricks replies. A 15 day trial license is free, and an instance that does not buy reverts to the Community Edition when it ends. The features behind it include branding removal, teams and access roles, contact and segment management, multi language surveys and single sign on.

Is there a discount?
Yearly billing takes two months off. The pricing page also lists a question on discounts for students, teachers and non profits, so an organization in those groups should ask before paying the full price. The page says getting started needs no card.
Is Formbricks a feedback board?
Formbricks is a survey tool: link surveys, surveys inside a website or app, and analysis of the answers. It asks users questions you choose. Its pricing page lists surveys, contacts and feedback analysis, and no board where users post their own requests and vote on each other's.

Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a board where users post requests, vote and see what was decided, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no meter on how many people post or vote. It has no surveys. Fider is the open source board to self host, and the in app feedback tools, Formbricks among them, are compared on one page. The survey software shortlist compares ten survey tools by the response and the seat.
