Userpilot pricing, and what the user meter costs

Userpilot has three plans, priced on the monthly active users of your product rather than on your team. Starter is $299 a month for up to 2,000 monthly active users and three seats. Growth starts at $849 a month for up to 100,000 monthly active users and fifteen seats, and its button books a demo rather than starting a trial. Enterprise is quoted. There is no free plan, and the 14 day trial needs no card.

Every current price here was read on userpilot.com/pricing on 4 October 2026.

The Userpilot pricing page read 2026-10-04, Starter at two hundred and ninety nine dollars a month, Growth from eight hundred and forty nine, and Enterprise with no price

What does each plan cost?

Plan Price Monthly active users Seats Data kept Button on the page
Starter $299 a month Up to 2,000 3 1 year Get Started Free
Growth From $849 a month Up to 100,000 15 3 years Get a Demo
Enterprise Quoted Custom Unlimited Custom Get a Demo

The Growth figure is a starting point. The page gives the range it covers and no price for any point above the bottom of it, so a product with 30,000 or 80,000 monthly active users learns its number from sales. The Starter figure has no billing switch beside it: until July 2025 the page priced Starter at $249 a month paid annually or $299 paid monthly, and now prints one figure of $299 with neither wording.

What is a monthly active user here?

A person who uses your product in a given month and is identified by the Userpilot script running in it. Your own team is counted separately, in seats. A product that grows its active users pays for the growth: past 2,000 a month, Starter is no longer enough and the next published price is Growth's $849. The tracked user pricing calculator compares this kind of meter with flat pricing at your own numbers.

What does each plan add?

Starter has in app flows, spotlights, banners, embeds and checklists, segmentation with up to ten segments, usage trends, the NPS survey, and Lia, Userpilot's AI agent, which runs on credits with $20 a month of them included. Unlimited domains and SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA and GDPR compliance are listed on every plan.

Growth adds advanced product analytics, event autocapture, the resource center, advanced in app surveys, AI summaries and sentiment analysis of feedback, 100,000 emails and 5,000 session replays a month, unlimited segments and three years of data.

Enterprise adds mobile engagement, bulk export and import of event history, data warehouse sync, single sign on through SAML 2.0, roles and permissions, activity logs, custom invoicing and a custom contract with an SLA. On Growth, native iOS and Android support, the HubSpot and Salesforce integrations and unlimited session capture are add ons, with no price on the page.

Can you collect feedback or feature requests in Userpilot?

Surveys, yes. The NPS survey is on every plan, and other in app surveys, the AI summaries of feedback and the sentiment analysis start on Growth, so the cheapest Userpilot with a general survey is the one priced through sales. The comparison table on the pricing page lists NPS, surveys and AI analysis of feedback, and no board where users post requests and vote on them.

How has Userpilot's price changed?

The Internet Archive holds copies of the pricing page back to 2019. The entry plan has been renamed three times, and the middle plan has risen three times since it appeared in 2023.

Archive copy Entry plan Middle plan
July 2019 Standard, $119 a month paid annually, $149 monthly None
May 2020 Standard, $199 annually, $249 monthly None
January 2021 and January 2022 Growth, $249 annually, $299 monthly None
February 2023 Traction, $249 annually, $299 monthly Growth, $499 a month annually
March 2024 Starter, $249 annually, $299 monthly Growth, from $499
September 2024 Starter, unchanged Growth, from $749
December 2024 to February 2025 Starter, unchanged Growth, from $799
July 2025 Starter, from $299 a month paid annually Growth, from $799
July 2026 to now Starter, $299 a month Growth, from $849

On the yearly price, the entry plan went from $119 a month in 2019 to $299 now, two and a half times as much. Growth went from $499 to $849 in under four years, a rise of 70 percent. Enterprise was printed from $749 a month in 2021 and 2022 and from $1,000 in 2023, and has carried no price since.

Is there a free plan or a discount?

The pricing page lists no free plan. The trial runs 14 days and needs no card. The pricing page states no discount for startups, non profits or education, and no annual saving now that Starter shows a single price.

Is Userpilot a feedback tool?

Userpilot is a product adoption tool first: onboarding flows, spotlights, checklists and analytics of how people use a product, with surveys and NPS around them. A team buying it for feedback alone pays for the guides and the analytics as well, and on Starter it gets the NPS survey and no other survey.

VoteFirst does one part of that job: a public board where users post requests, vote and see what was decided, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no meter on how many people use it. It has no onboarding guides, product analytics or in app surveys. The in app feedback tools, Userpilot among them, are compared on one page, and Userback and Usersnap publish their feedback widget prices too. Eight product tour tools are priced by the active user on one page.
