Userback pricing, and what feature voting adds to it

Userback has a free plan for two seats, then three paid plans at $29, $79 and $159 a month billed annually, or $39, $99 and $199 billed monthly. Team holds five seats, and Business and Business Plus have no seat limit. The Feature Portal, where customers vote and comment on feature requests, sits outside every plan as an add-on at $31 a month billed annually, or $39 monthly.

Every current price here was read on userback.io/pricing on 4 October 2026.

The Userback pricing page read 2026-10-04, a Free Forever plan for two seats, Team at twenty nine dollars a month billed annually, Business at seventy nine and Business Plus at a hundred and fifty nine
Userback's published plans. Read 4 October 2026.

What does a team actually pay?

Plan Billed annually Billed monthly Seats Feedback projects
Free Forever $0 $0 2 2
Team $29 a month $39 a month 5 5
Business $79 a month $99 a month Unlimited 25
Business Plus $159 a month $199 a month Unlimited 50
Enterprise Quoted Quoted Unlimited Unlimited

Paying yearly saves about 26 percent on Team and 20 percent on Business and Business Plus. A seat is a team member who logs in. The people who send feedback through the widget, which Userback calls reporters, are unlimited on every plan, and so is the amount of feedback collected.

What does feature voting cost on Userback?

The Feature Portal is the page where customers view, vote and comment on feature requests, with a public roadmap and announcements alongside. Userback sells it on top of a paid plan, and the Free plan cannot add it.

Plan plus the Feature Portal Billed annually Billed monthly A year on the annual price
Team $60 a month $78 a month $720
Business $110 a month $138 a month $1,320
Business Plus $190 a month $238 a month $2,280

The cheapest voting board on Userback is Team with the portal, $60 a month on a yearly plan, for five seats and five projects.

What does the free plan hold?

Two seats, two feedback projects and unlimited feedback through the widget and the browser extension. Feedback stays available in the account for seven days on the free plan, and without a time limit on every paid plan. Surveys, session replay and the Feature Portal are all outside it.

Every paid plan starts with a 14 day free trial, and Userback says the free plan needs no card.

What does each paid plan add?

Team adds five seats, five projects, feedback kept without a time limit, two way sync with Jira and ClickUp, Zapier, connectors for AI tools and a customizable widget.

Business removes the seat limit and raises projects to 25. It adds session replay with each piece of feedback, console logs and network requests, the JavaScript SDK, in app surveys with behavioral targeting, feedback automation, reply templates, merging, export, AI analysis of patterns and sentiment in feedback, and custom branding.

Business Plus raises projects to 50 and adds the mobile SDK, masking of sensitive data, Intercom and Zendesk sync, email forwarding, the REST API, webhooks and removal of the Userback logo. Recording every user session, rather than only the sessions behind a piece of feedback, is priced on request.

Enterprise adds unlimited projects, invoice payment on custom terms, single sign on, a shared Slack channel for support and Userback's SOC 2 Type II report.

How has Userback's price changed?

The Internet Archive holds copies of the same pricing page back to 2016. Since 2023 the plans have been renamed twice, and the feature request portal has moved from the cheapest plan to an add-on.

Archive copy Cheapest paid plan, billed annually What it held Feature request portal
February 2023 Startup, $59 a month ($79 monthly) 10 users, unlimited projects Included
February 2024 Startup, $59 a month ($79 monthly) 10 users, 5 projects Included
March 2025 Starter, $49 a month ($69 monthly) 5 team members, unlimited projects Included
March and April 2026 Team, $7 a seat a month ($9 monthly) Priced by the seat Add-on, $31 a month ($39 monthly)
May 2026 to now Team, $29 a month ($39 monthly) 5 seats, 5 projects Add-on, $31 a month ($39 monthly)

In February 2023 the cheapest plan with a portal cost $59 a month on a yearly plan, for ten users. Today the same thing costs $60, for five. The cheapest it has been was March 2025, $49 a month for five team members with the portal included.

The top of the range has moved the other way. In 2023 Premium cost $217 a month billed annually, or $289 monthly, for 25 users. Business Plus now costs $159, or $199, with no seat limit. Single sign on, listed on Business Plus in the March 2026 copy, now sits on Enterprise.

Are there discounts?

Userback takes 25 percent off annual plans for a startup's first year, and 25 percent off for the life of the account for schools and other learning institutions and for registered charities. Each one is applied for, not automatic.

Is Userback a feature voting tool?

Userback is a feedback widget first: annotated screenshots, screen recordings, session replay and bug reports captured from inside a website or app. Feature voting is the add-on. A team that mainly needs customers to post and vote on requests pays for a widget plan underneath the portal as well, $29 of the $60.

VoteFirst is a public voting board and roadmap, $9 a month for one project and $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no seat counter. Against Userback's cheapest portal it is $51 a month cheaper on one project, and $21 cheaper with every project. It has no screenshot annotation, session replay or bug capture at any price, so a team that needs those as well as a board is comparing two different purchases. Both VoteFirst prices are published, the widget tools that collect feedback inside an app are compared separately, and eight Userback alternatives are priced against it. Twelve bug reporting tools are priced for a team of five on one page.

How were these prices read?

The current prices, seats, projects and plan contents come from userback.io/pricing, read on 4 October 2026, and the trial terms from Userback's own summary page for AI assistants, dated 18 September 2026. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of the same address taken in February 2023, February 2024, March 2025, March, April and May 2026. Prices are in US dollars before tax.
