Twelve tools that let a client or a colleague pin a comment, a screenshot or a recording to a live website and send it to the people who fix it, each read on its own pricing page by 4 October 2026. They look alike in a demo and are priced in very different ways: some count the people on your team, some count projects, and a few count something else entirely, so the useful comparison is what a small team pays and what makes the bill grow.
Every figure below links to a page that sets out where it was read, the plan details and the price history behind it.
What does the cheapest paid plan include?
| Tool | Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly, a month | What it counts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ybug | Basic | €13 | €10 | 3 projects and team members |
| Jam | Team | Not listed | $14 a creator | Creators, up to 50 |
| Ruttl | Pro | $18 a user, no period printed | Not listed | Users, up to 50 |
| Userback | Team | $39 | $29 | 5 seats and 5 projects |
| Pastel | Pro | $35 | $29 | 2 users and 3 active canvases |
| Marker.io | Starter | $59 | $39 | 3 users, 10 projects |
| Feedbucket | Pro | $49 | $39 | 2 team members |
| BugHerd | Standard | $50 | $42 | 5 members |
| Usersnap | Starter | $59 | $49 | 2 seats and 2 projects |
| Atarim | Pro | $67 | No price printed | 5,000 credits a month |
| MarkUp.io | Pro | $79 | Not offered at 50 | 50 MarkUps a month |
| zipBoard | Team | From $99, no period printed | Not listed | Up to 20 digital assets |
The entry prices run from about ten to a hundred a month, but they buy very different amounts. Ybug's cheapest plan holds three people, BugHerd's holds five, and MarkUp.io and zipBoard put no limit on users at all and count the websites and files under review instead.
What does a team of five pay?
The cheapest plan that holds five people who all send and fix reports.
| Tool | Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly, a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jam | Free, up to 30 Jams a month | $0 | $0 |
| Ybug | Startup, 7 projects and members | €29 | €23 |
| Userback | Team | $39 | $29 |
| BugHerd | Standard | $50 | $42 |
| Atarim | Pro, up to 100 seats | $67 | No price printed |
| Marker.io | Starter and two more users | $71 | $47 |
| MarkUp.io | Pro, users unlimited | $79 | Not offered at 50 MarkUps |
| Feedbucket | Business, 3 to 25 members | $89 | $72 |
| Ruttl | Pro, five users | $90, no period printed | Not listed |
| zipBoard | Team, reviewers unlimited | From $99, no period printed | Not listed |
| Pastel | Team | $119 | $99 |
| Usersnap | Growth, seats unlimited | $159 | $129 |
Jam's free plan covers five creators, though at 30 reports a month a busy team outgrows it; Team then costs $70 a month billed yearly for the same five. Ybug's plans hold the same number of projects as team members, so five people need Startup even with a single project. Feedbucket's Pro stops at two members, which puts a team of five on Business, and Usersnap's Starter stops at two seats, which puts it on Growth.
Which ones count something other than people?
Four price the work rather than the team. MarkUp.io counts a MarkUp, each website or file set up for review, every month, from 50 on Pro to 600 on Business. zipBoard counts digital assets, up to 20 on Team and 50 on Agency, with collaborators and reviewers unlimited. Atarim counts credits, which its AI team spends on work at 100 tokens a credit, 5,000 a month on Pro. Pastel counts active canvases, three on Pro, so an agency with many sites in review at once moves to Team for unlimited canvases. On each of these, a quiet month and a launch month cost different amounts with the same people.
Which ones can be used for free?
| Tool | Free plan |
|---|---|
| Jam | 5 creators and 30 Jams a month, with viewers unlimited |
| Userback | 2 seats and 2 feedback projects |
| Ruttl | 1 project, 5 pages and 10 comments |
| Pastel | 1 active canvas at a time, archived to start another |
| Ybug | 1 project, 1 team member and 50 screenshots a month |
| Atarim | 200 credits given once, and 1 project |
The rest run a trial instead. Marker.io's lasts 15 days, MarkUp.io's, Feedbucket's and zipBoard's 14, and BugHerd's 7, with no card asked for on any of those but MarkUp.io, whose page states neither way. Usersnap's trial ends once the account has collected 20 feedback items rather than after a set number of days.
Which one is no longer sold on its own?
Bird Eats Bug, which is now BrowserStack Bug Capture. Its last price list was $50 a month on Starter and $100 on Premium, each for five team members. Its pricing page now carries a banner saying Bug Capture is free with BrowserStack plans, and on BrowserStack's own pricing page it is not sold separately: the free tier includes it with reports kept for 12 months, and the team version comes inside BrowserStack's paid Live plans.
Where does a feature request board fit?
A bug report says something on the page is broken. A feature request says something the customer wants is missing, and the useful signal there is how many other customers want it too. Two of these tools sell both: Usersnap includes a public voting board from Professional, at $209 a month billed yearly, and Userback sells its Feature Portal as a $31 a month add on.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no count of voters. It takes no screenshots and records no sessions. The in app feedback tools shortlist compares the widgets that collect feedback inside a product, and the pricing hub holds every vendor read so far.
How was this put together?
Each tool's figures come from its own pricing page as read for the linked page on 4 October 2026, except Atarim's, whose live page sits behind a check that blocks automated reads and whose figures come from the Internet Archive's copy of 11 September 2026. A team of five uses the cheapest plan that holds five people, with extra seats added where a plan sells them, billed monthly unless the column says otherwise. Prices are in US dollars except Ybug's, which its page prints in euros.
14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
