BugHerd sells three plans with a price and one without, and every one is priced by the member, the person on your side who works the feedback. Standard is $50 a month for five members, Studio $80 for ten and Premium $150 for twenty five. Paying yearly takes two months off, so Standard comes to $500 a year, which the page shows as $42 a month. Clients and stakeholders who leave feedback are free and unlimited on every plan.
Every current figure here was read on bugherd.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

| Standard | $50 a month | $500 a year, $42 a month | 5 | 10 GB |
| Studio | $80 a month | $800 a year, $67 a month | 10 | 25 GB |

Projects and guests are unlimited on every plan. Standard carries feedback on websites, Figma designs, PDFs and images, screenshots with the browser, system and screen size attached, suggested text edits, video feedback, fifteen integrations including Trello, Slack and GitHub, and AI features including task titles written for you. Studio's card lists more members and more storage. Premium adds custom branding, member comments hidden from clients, a project board clients can see, and the integrations with Jira, Asana, Linear, ClickUp and Monday.com. Custom adds SSO, a member limit of your choosing, a success manager and onboarding.
So a team that files its bugs in Jira starts at Premium, $125 a month billed yearly, whatever its size.
How much do more members cost?
Each member past a plan's allowance is $8 a month on monthly billing. On yearly billing the plan cards say $6.60 a month, and the calculator below them says $80 a year; the two differ by eighty cents.
| Members | Cheapest way, billed monthly | Billed yearly |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | Standard, $50 a month | $500 a year |
| 8 | Standard and three more, $74 a month | $738 a year |
| 10 | Studio, $80 a month | $800 a year |
| 15 | Studio and five more, $120 a month | $1,196 a year |
| 25 | Premium, $150 a month | $1,500 a year |
| 40 | Premium and fifteen more, $270 a month | $2,688 a year |
The yearly column prices extra members at the cards' $6.60 a month. From nine members Studio costs less than Standard with extras, and from nineteen Premium costs less than Studio with extras, so the step up pays for itself before the features are counted.
Is there a free plan, a trial or a refund?
The pricing page lists no free plan. Its buttons start a free trial, and BugHerd's home page says the trial lasts 7 days with no credit card required; copies of the pricing page from 2013 to 2022 said 14 days. Yearly billing gets "two months free". Every plan exports its data as CSV, XML or JSON, and through the API.
The page also offers a 60 day money back guarantee: contact BugHerd within 60 days of purchase and it refunds the subscription.

Standard cost $29 a month for seven years, from 2013 to 2019. Since then it has risen three times, to $39 by August 2020, $49 between August and October 2024, and $50 between July and October 2025, up 72 percent in all. Premium went from $99 to $150 in the same years. The members each plan includes never moved, so the increase is the price of the same five, ten and twenty five seats.
The fifty member plan, Deluxe, left the page in 2021, came back by 2022 at $229, and went again in October 2024, when Custom took its place. Studio was missing from the copy of May 2022 and returned in 2023 at $69, ten dollars above its old price.
Does BugHerd run a feature voting board?
BugHerd collects feedback pinned to a website, a design or a PDF and turns each piece into a task on a kanban board. Premium's client project board lets clients see those tasks. The pricing page lists no board where customers post requests and vote on each other's.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no member counter. It takes no screenshots, video or page annotations. Marker.io, Usersnap and Userback are priced on their own pages, eight bug report widgets are compared by what each captures and from which plan, the bug reporting shortlist prices twelve of these tools for a team of five, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
