Marker.io prints two prices and one quote. Starter is $39 a month billed yearly, or $59 billed monthly, for three users. Team is $149 a month billed yearly, or $199 monthly, for fifteen. Business is priced by sales and billed yearly only. The people who send bug reports through the widget, which Marker.io calls reporters, are free and unlimited on every plan, so the bill counts only the users who work the reports in its dashboard.
Every current figure here was read on marker.io/pricing on 4 October 2026, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.
What does Marker.io cost?
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Users included | Each extra user | Projects | Guests | Page views |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39 a month | $59 a month | 3 | $4 a month yearly, $6 monthly | Up to 10 | 10 | 5,000 a month |
| Team | $149 a month | $199 a month | 15 | $6 a month yearly, $9 monthly | Up to 50 | 50 | 25,000 a month |
| Business | Custom, yearly only | Not offered | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Starter carries the website widget, the browser extension, screenshots with annotations, the page address, browser, device and system attached to each report, and integrations with trackers such as ClickUp, Trello and GitHub. Team adds the Jira integrations, issue sync that brings status and comments back from the tracker, session replay of what the reporter did before sending, console logs and network requests, custom branding, custom issue types and metadata, and CSV export. Business adds SSO with SAML, audit logs, masking of personal data in screenshots and replays, admin roles, Zendesk and Intercom, an account manager, custom terms and payment by invoice.
The table's notes for guests and page views repeat its definition of a website, so the page does not say what either one counts.
How much do more users cost?
Each user past Starter's three costs $4 a month on yearly billing or $6 monthly. Past Team's fifteen, each costs $6 or $9.
| Users | Starter, billed yearly | Starter, billed monthly | Team, billed yearly | Team, billed monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | $39 a month | $59 a month | $149 a month | $199 a month |
| 5 | $47 a month | $71 a month | $149 a month | $199 a month |
| 10 | $67 a month | $101 a month | $149 a month | $199 a month |
| 15 | $87 a month | $131 a month | $149 a month | $199 a month |
| 25 | Not priced on the page | Not priced on the page | $209 a month | $289 a month |
Fifteen users on Starter still cost $62 a month less than Team on yearly billing. Team is bought for what it adds, the Jira sync, the replay and the developer logs, not for the seats. The page prints no user limit for Starter, and its December 2024 copy read "Add up to 15 users", so the 25 user row is priced for Team only.
Is yearly billing really a third off?
On Starter, yes. The page's answer reads "4 months for free (-33%)" for yearly billing, and Starter's $39 a month comes to $468 a year against $708 at $59 monthly, 34 percent less. On Team it is $1,788 a year against $2,388, 25 percent less, or three months free. Extra users follow the third: $4 against $6 on Starter, $6 against $9 on Team. The same answer says Marker.io gives no other discount.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
A 15 day trial on every plan, with no card required. The pricing page lists no free plan; the copy of May 2017 had one, for a single user sharing screenshots to Slack.
You can change or cancel a plan in the admin panel at any time, and a cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period already paid. Prices exclude tax, which is worked out at checkout from your location. Cards are taken through Stripe, and invoices only on Business with a yearly commitment.
Agencies that qualify can apply for a separate plan: 15 members, 50 active projects and 50 guests for $129 a month, or $99 a month billed yearly. The page adds that conditions apply.
How has Marker.io's price changed?

| June 2021 to December 2022 | The same prices, with yearly billing described in June 2021 as "2 months free" | 5 and 10 |
| June 2023 to September 2024 | Starter $39 ($59), Team $99 ($149), and by July 2024 an Enterprise plan by quote | 3 and 15 |
| November 2024 | Enterprise renamed Business, with session replay moved up to it from Team | 3 and 15 |
| December 2024 | Starter and Business only, with no Team plan on the page | 3 |
| January 2025 to October 2026 | Starter $39 ($59), Team back at $149 ($199), Business by quote | 3 and 15 |
Team's yearly price has nearly doubled, from $79 a month in 2022 to $99 in 2023 and $149 in January 2025, while its users went from ten to fifteen. Starter has held at $39 billed yearly since December 2020, but the users it includes fell from ten in 2020 to five, then three in 2023, and its monthly price rose from $49 to $59. The plan above Team has been called Organization, Enterprise and Business, and session replay has sat on Team, then Business, and on Team again on today's page.
Does Marker.io run a feature voting board?
Marker.io collects bug reports and visual feedback from a widget or a browser extension and sends them to an issue tracker. Its pricing page lists no board where customers post requests and vote on each other's.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no user counter. It takes no screenshots, replays or console logs. BugHerd, Usersnap and Userback are priced on their own pages, eight bug report widgets are compared by what each captures and from which plan, the bug reporting shortlist prices twelve of these tools for a team of five, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
