Usersnap has four plans: Starter at $49 a month billed yearly, Growth at $129, Professional at $209 and Premium at $449, or $59, $159, $259 and $549 billed monthly. In euros the same plans are €39, €99, €179 and €389 billed yearly. The page lists no free plan. The board where customers vote on feature requests starts on Professional, so the cheapest way to run one on Usersnap is $209 a month.

What does a team actually pay?
| Plan | Billed yearly, USD | Billed monthly, USD | Billed yearly, EUR | Billed monthly, EUR | Seats | Projects |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49 a month | $59 a month | €39 | €49 | 2 | 2 |
| Growth | $129 | $159 | €99 | €129 | Unlimited | 10 |
| Professional | $209 | $259 | €179 | €219 | Unlimited | 20 |
| Premium | $449 | $549 | €389 | €459 | Unlimited | 50 |
| Enterprise | Quoted | Quoted | Quoted | Quoted | Unlimited | Custom |
A seat is a team member who works in the Usersnap dashboard. The people who send feedback through a widget or survey need no seat. A project is one feedback widget or survey, and the project count is how many can be live at once.
Usersnap advertises saving up to three months by paying yearly. On the dollar prices the saving is 17 to 19 percent, about two months a year, and on the euro prices 15 to 23 percent. The euro figures are lower than the dollar figures on every plan, by 10 to 90.
What does the voting board cost on Usersnap?
Usersnap calls it a guest portal: external users track the status of their tickets, or vote and comment on ideas, and the same plans can publish a public or custom roadmap. Starter and Growth have neither.
| Cheapest plan with the guest portal | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | A year on the yearly price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Professional, USD | $209 a month | $259 a month | $2,508 |
| Professional, EUR | €179 a month | €219 a month | €2,148 |
Every plan has the opportunity board, an internal board where the team scores and prioritizes ideas. The guest portal is what puts requests in front of customers.
What else is metered?
Page views. Usersnap counts one each time its code snippet loads to show a widget, survey, announcement or board: 100,000 a month on Starter, 500,000 on Growth, 1,000,000 on Professional and 2,000,000 on Premium. A busy site or app can reach the next plan on traffic before it runs out of projects.
AI processing is the other limit. Topic and sentiment classification is an add-on on Starter and Growth, 200 items on Professional and 300 on Premium. Channel sources, the conversations Usersnap reads from tools such as Zoom, Gong and Intercom, are 20 on Growth, 40 on Professional and 100 on Premium, and the usage table lists none for Starter.
What does each plan add?
Starter has two seats and two projects, screenshots and screen recordings with annotation, surveys with conditional questions, the browser extension, two announcements, the internal opportunity board and integrations with Slack, Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, Zendesk and over fifty more, two way for Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Azure DevOps, Asana and Linear.
Growth removes the seat limit and raises projects to ten. It adds channel sources, user segments and cohorts, AI reports, and email follow ups that reply to a piece of feedback or tell every requester when something ships.
Professional raises projects to twenty and adds the guest portal with public roadmaps, five spaces for separate teams or products against one below it, data export to CSV and JSON, and AI topic and sentiment classification.
Premium raises projects to fifty and adds the mobile SDK, webhooks, the REST API, custom branding with Usersnap's own removed, translations, a custom email domain, AI triage of incoming feedback and a dedicated customer success manager.
Enterprise adds single sign on through SAML or OIDC, a security audit, an uptime SLA, custom terms and payment beyond a card.
How has Usersnap's price changed?
The Internet Archive holds copies of the pricing page back to 2013. In February 2024 the public upvote board was on Startup, the cheapest plan. By January 2025 it had moved to Professional, and Professional's price has risen twice since.
| Archive copy | Cheapest plan, billed yearly | Cheapest plan with a public voting board |
|---|---|---|
| February 2024 | Startup, $69 a month ($99 monthly), 10 team members | Startup, the same $69 |
| January to early November 2025 | Starter, $39 a month ($49 monthly), 5 seats | Professional, $159 a month ($199 monthly) |
| 30 December 2025 to 17 September 2026 | Starter, $49 a month ($59 monthly), 5 seats | Professional, $189 a month ($229 monthly) |
| 4 October 2026 | Starter, $49 a month ($59 monthly), 2 seats | Professional, $209 a month ($259 monthly) |
The dollar prices rose on every plan between the November and December 2025 copies, while the euro prices stayed where they were. The second rise came between 17 September and 4 October 2026, on Growth, Professional and Premium in both currencies. Premium went from $319 billed yearly in 2025 to $449 now. The same change cut Starter from five seats to two, and lifted the seat caps of 10, 20 and 50 on Growth, Professional and Premium.
Is there a free plan or a free trial?
The pricing page lists no free plan. The free trial needs no card and opens every Premium feature, and Usersnap's own answer on the pricing page says it ends once the account has collected 20 feedback items. A banner on the same page offers a free month of Premium to a trial that connects two channels and reaches those 20 items. An account that never upgrades is deactivated after 90 days.
Are there discounts, and how is it paid?
Usersnap offers 30 percent off to non profit organizations and educational institutions, on request. Self service plans are paid by card. Enterprise can pay a yearly plan by bank transfer.
An organization in the European Union needs a valid VAT number to open an account. Usersnap applies the reverse charge and states it cannot offer an account to an organization in the EU without one.
Is Usersnap a feature voting tool?
Usersnap is a visual feedback and bug reporting tool first, with surveys, announcements and AI analysis around it. Public voting arrives on its third plan, after 20 projects' worth of widget capacity and a million page views a month are already in the price. Five projects you can host yourself and eight paid widgets are priced against it.

Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a public voting board and roadmap, $9 a month for one project and $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no seat counter and no page view meter. It has no screenshot capture, screen recording or surveys at any price, so a team that needs those is comparing different purchases. Userback sells its voting portal as a $31 add-on instead, both VoteFirst prices are published, and the widget tools that collect feedback inside an app are compared separately. Twelve bug reporting tools are priced for a team of five on one page.
How were these prices read?
