Feedbucket pricing, by the team member

Feedbucket puts a feedback widget on the websites an agency builds, so clients can send a screenshot or a video of what is wrong without installing anything. It prices by the people on your side. Pro is $49 a month for two team members, and Business $89 for twenty five. Clients who report feedback are unlimited on every plan, and so are projects and feedback. Enterprise is priced by quote.

Every current figure here was read on feedbucket.app/pricing on 4 October 2026, in both billing views, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

What does Feedbucket cost?

Pro Business Enterprise
Billed monthly $49 a month $89 a month Custom
Billed yearly $39 a month, $470 a year $72 a month, $864 a year Custom
Team members 2 25 Custom
Projects, feedback and client reporters Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited

Pro carries the widget with screenshots and video, feedback collaboration, members only feedback, the integrations, the MCP connector and the API. Business is the first plan with console logs, the JavaScript API, custom branding, removal of the "Powered by" line, custom metadata, data export and webhooks. Enterprise adds a dedicated success manager, priority support, payment by invoice and security reviews, with single sign on listed as "coming soon".

The page puts yearly billing at 20 percent off. The comparison table lower on the page still prints Pro at "$39 /month billed $396 yearly", the yearly price before July 2026; the plan card above it prints $470.

What does Feedbucket cost by team size?

Team members Plan Billed monthly Billed yearly
1 or 2 Pro $49 a month $470 a year
3 to 25 Business $89 a month $864 a year
More than 25 Enterprise By quote By quote

The third team member is the expensive one: it moves an agency from $49 a month to $89. After that, Business holds the same price up to twenty five people, about $3.56 a person at full use. Clients never count, however many sites they report on.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

There is no free plan today. Every plan starts with a 14 day trial, and the page says "No credit card needed. Access all features during trial." Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or American Express through Stripe, with invoices on Enterprise. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period already paid, and the pricing page lists no refund terms.

That has changed twice. A free plan for one project ran from August 2022 to January 2023, under the line "Free Forever for 1 project". The copy of May 2023 dropped it and offered a "60-day money back guarantee" instead, and the guarantee is gone from every copy since November 2023.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no team member counter. It records no screenshots or console logs. BugHerd, Marker.io and Ruttl are priced on their own pages, eight bug report widgets are compared by what each captures and from which plan, the bug reporting shortlist prices twelve of these tools for a team of five, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
