Ruttl pricing, by the user

Ruttl lets your clients and colleagues leave comments on a live website, a mobile app, an image or a PDF. It sells all of that on one price list with three plans. Basic is free for one project and five pages. Pro is $18 a user a month, for one admin and up to fifty users, with unlimited projects. Business has no price on the page; it is sold through sales.

Every current figure here was read on ruttl.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, including its comparison table, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

The page shows Pro at $18 a user a month with no billing period printed beside it. The free plan's two descriptions do not agree: its card promises up to five users and unlimited guests, and the comparison table under it gives one user and up to five guests.

Every plan takes websites, mobile apps, images and PDFs, with PDFs up to 50 MB on Pro and 100 MB on Business. Pro adds versioning, checks for mobile layouts at fifteen device sizes, ClickUp, priority support and a dedicated success manager. Business adds a central workspace where admins manage every project, and single sign on through SAML. A separate Enterprise offer runs Ruttl on your own domain in your brand colors, with no price on the page.

What does Pro cost by team size?

Users on Pro A month A year
2 $36 $432
5 $90 $1,080
10 $180 $2,160
25 $450 $5,400
50 $900 $10,800

Guests who only comment are unlimited on Pro and cost nothing, so the bill follows the people on your side who run the projects. Past fifty users, Business is the only plan, and its price comes from sales.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

Basic is free with no time limit, inside the limits above: one project, five pages and ten comments. The pricing page lists no trial of Pro and no refund terms.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no price on each user. It takes no comments pinned to a page. Pastel, BugHerd and Marker.io are priced on their own pages, eight bug report widgets are compared by what each captures and from which plan, the bug reporting shortlist prices twelve of these tools for a team of five, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
