Bird Eats Bug records a bug as it happens in the browser: the screen, the console, the network requests and the system details, in one report. It belongs to BrowserStack now, which sells it as Bug Capture. Its own pricing page still shows two plans. Starter is $50 a month and Premium $100, each with five team members, and each further member costs $10 a month on Starter or $20 on Premium.
Every current figure here was read on birdeatsbug.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, as served and in a browser, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.
What does Bird Eats Bug cost?
| Starter | Premium | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $50 a month | $100 a month |
| Team members included | 5 | 5 |
| Each further member | $10 a month | $20 a month |
| Recordings and replays | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Integrations | 1 | All |
| Folders | 5 | Unlimited, with permissions |
| Web SDK | Standard | With custom interface |
Both plans capture console and network logs. Premium adds every integration at once, advanced user roles, folder permissions, its own look for the Web SDK widget, and an E2E test generator that turns a recording into Cypress or Selenium code. The integrations are Jira Cloud, GitHub, Slack, Zapier, Linear and Trello.
The page shows only Starter and Premium, each priced "per month", and prints no yearly price.
What does Bird Eats Bug cost by team size?
| Team members | Starter, a month | Premium, a month |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | $50 | $100 |
| 10 | $100 | $200 |
| 15 | $150 | $300 |
| 25 | $250 | $500 |
Starter works out at $10 a member at every size, and Premium at $20, so Premium always costs twice as much.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Both cards offer a 30 day trial. The page prints no card requirement and no refund terms.
The page carries a banner, "Bug Capture is now free with BrowserStack plans", and its pricing link points to BrowserStack. On BrowserStack's pricing page Bug Capture is not sold alone: its free tier lists Bug Capture with unlimited bug reports kept for 12 months, and the Team version comes inside BrowserStack's paid Live plans.

Premium halved in early 2024, from $200 for ten members to $100 for five, and has not changed since, through BrowserStack's banner, which first appears between the copies of June and September 2024.
Does Bird Eats Bug run a feature voting board?
Its pricing page lists no board where customers post requests and vote on each other's.
What this costs
Lite
$9 /mo
Pro
$39 /mo
Lifetime
$999 once
Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no count of team members on the board. It records no screens or console logs. Jam, Marker.io and Usersnap price bug capture on their own pages, eight bug report widgets are compared by what each captures and from which plan, the bug reporting shortlist prices twelve of these tools for a team of five, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
