Jam prices by the creator, the person who records a bug report, which Jam calls a Jam. Everyone who only watches them is a viewer, and viewers are free and unlimited on every plan. Free covers five creators and 30 Jams a month. Team is $14 a creator a month billed yearly, for up to fifty creators and unlimited Jams. Enterprise is priced by sales and billed yearly only.
Every current figure here was read on jam.dev/pricing on 4 October 2026, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

Free already carries console and network logs, which the other widgets compared here list on a paid plan or not at all, along with device details, user actions, instant replay, annotations, the integrations with Jira, Linear and other issue trackers, Slack, webhooks and debugging through MCP. Team adds the unlimited Jams, the longer recordings, private folders and Jams, access controls and backend logging. Enterprise adds single sign on with SAML, audit logs, workspace analytics, automatic data deletion and priority support.
Open source projects can apply to use Jam for free.
What does Team cost by the number of creators?
| Creators | Plan | A year | A month, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 5 | Free, if 30 Jams a month is enough | $0 | $0 |
| 5 | Team | $840 | $70 |
| 10 | Team | $1,680 | $140 |
| 25 | Team | $4,200 | $350 |
| 50 | Team | $8,400 | $700 |
| More than 50 | Enterprise | By sales | By sales |
A team of five on Free pays nothing until its sixth creator or its thirty first Jam of the month. Viewers never count, so a product manager or support lead who only opens reports costs nothing on any plan.
Is there a free trial?
Team comes with a 14 day trial and Enterprise with a trial on request. The pricing page lists no refund terms. From 2024 to the spring of 2025 the trial ran 30 days; the copy of June 2025 is the first to say 14.

Does Jam run a feature voting board?
Jam records bug reports with the browser's console, network requests and user actions attached, and sends them to an issue tracker. Its pricing page lists no board where customers post requests and vote on each other's.
What this costs

Pro

Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no creator counter. It records no screens or console logs. Marker.io, BugHerd and Userback are priced on their own pages, eight bug report widgets are compared by what each captures and from which plan, the bug reporting shortlist prices twelve of these tools for a team of five, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
