zipBoard pricing, by the digital asset

zipBoard is a review tool for websites, PDFs, videos, images and SCORM packages, sold to agencies, e-learning teams and, lately, architects and builders. It prices by the number of things under review, which it calls digital assets. Team starts at $99 a month for up to 20 of them. Agency starts at $199 a month for up to 50, with manager seats sold on top. Collaborators, reviewers and projects are unlimited on both, and Enterprise is priced by sales.

Every current figure here was read on zipboard.co/pricing on 4 October 2026, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

What does zipBoard cost?

Team Agency Enterprise
Price From $99 a month From $199 a month By sales
Digital assets Up to 20 Up to 50 Flexible
Storage Up to 1 GB As Team Not printed
Collaborators, reviewers and projects Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited
Manager seats Not printed Sold as an add on Custom

Team carries standard email support and the knowledge base. Agency adds project reports and the integrations, among them Jira, Slack, Wrike, Microsoft Teams, Procore and Zapier. Enterprise adds single sign on, archived projects, custom integrations, workflows, reports, training and user roles, premium customer success and a dedicated account manager.

Both prices read "Starts at", and the page prints no billing period beside them and no price for a manager seat. Its answers say plans are sold "on monthly and annual basis" and priced on "number of content pieces, the ability to add managers and integrations", and that "custom domain, reports, premium support are only available in our Enterprise Plan", although the Agency card lists project reports.

What does each asset cost?

Plan Price a month Assets Per asset at the full allowance
Team From $99 20 $4.95
Agency From $199 50 $3.98

Agency's allowance was 100 assets in every copy from February 2024 to June 2026, at the same $199, so its price per asset has doubled from $1.99 since the summer. The same copies gave Agency "Up to 5 managers" included; the live card sells manager seats as an add on instead.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

There is no free plan. The top of the page offers a "Free 15-day trial for all plans" and says "No credit card required"; the answers lower on the same page, and zipBoard's refund policy, both call it 14 days.

The refund policy, last updated 15 April 2024, is strict. Once a plan is bought, "cancellations will not be feasible, and refunds will not be issued, except in exceptional circumstances": technical problems that stop zipBoard working in your organization, raised within 15 days, refunded in full or in part at zipBoard's discretion.

Does zipBoard run a feature voting board?

zipBoard collects comments pinned to a page, a PDF or a frame of video, and tracks them as issues. Its pricing page lists no board where customers post requests and vote on each other's. From 2018 to 2020 its menu linked a public Trello board called "zipboard-roadmap" for suggestions; the current site links none.
