Ybug pricing, by the project

Ybug sells four plans in euros, and every paid one counts the same two things together: projects and team members, always in equal numbers. Free holds one project and one team member. Basic is €10 a month billed yearly, or €13 billed monthly, for three projects and three members. Startup is €23 or €29 for seven of each, and Company is €47 or €59 for fifteen. A custom plan above Company is priced by sales.

Every current figure here was read on ybug.io/pricing on 4 October 2026, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

What does Ybug cost?

Plan Billed yearly Billed monthly Projects and team members Screenshots
Free €0 €0 1 50 a month
Basic €10 a month €13 a month 3 Unlimited
Startup €23 a month €29 a month 7 Unlimited
Company €47 a month €59 a month 15 Unlimited
Custom By quote Not offered By quote Unlimited

The page lists unlimited feedback and unlimited reporters, the people sending in reports, on every plan, so the bill counts only the projects and the members working them. Free carries basic email notifications and basic support. Basic adds unlimited screenshots, advanced email notifications and a limited amount of JS console recording, plus browser extensions and twenty five or more integrations, one of which can run per project. Startup adds full JS console recording, a webhook integration, live chat integrations, project permissions, custom data retention, video recording, file attachments and the ability to reply to feedback. Company adds priority support, a REST API marked as new, custom branding and custom fields, with white labeling listed as coming soon. The custom plan is for teams that need single sign on, custom limits, invoicing or a signed service level agreement.

What does an extra project cost?

Only Company can add projects past its fifteen, at €3 a month each. Basic and Startup list no way to add a project without moving to the plan above.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

The Free plan has no time limit, one project, one team member and 50 screenshots a month. Every paid plan carries a 10 day trial with no card asked for and no commitment, and you can cancel it at any time. The page states no refund policy beyond that.

Payment is by credit or debit card, including Visa and Mastercard, or by PayPal, processed through Braintree. Non profit organizations get 30 percent off any paid plan, and open source projects get Ybug free, both on request.

How has Ybug's price changed?

Archive copy Prices a month, billed yearly, with monthly billing in parentheses What it metered
June 2018 Free at €0. Premium at €4 (€5) 1 website, 20,000 page views a month on Free
August 2019 Basic €10 (€13), Startup €23 (€29), Company €47 (€59), with a summer deal of 15 percent off the first twelve months Users, projects and page views: 5 users, 3 projects and 100,000 page views a month on Basic, up to 30 users, 15 projects and 300,000 on Company
March 2023 Basic €10 (€13), Startup €23 (€29), Company €47 (€59) Projects and team members counted together, 3, 7 and 15
December 2024 The same three prices The same three counts
May 2026 The same three prices, with an add on of €3 a month for extra projects on Company The same three counts

The three paid prices have not moved since at least August 2019. What changed is the meter: in 2019 a plan counted users, projects and page views, each with its own limit, while by 2023 the page lists one number for projects and members and no page view limit at all, and in 2026 Company gained a way to buy more projects without upgrading further. The earliest readable copy, from 2018, priced a single website by its page views instead, before Ybug settled on the project as its unit.

Does Ybug run a feature voting board?

Ybug's widget captures bug reports and visual feedback, console logs, screen recordings and page details, and sends them to a dashboard or an integrated tracker. Its site navigation lists a public roadmap page marked as coming soon, and neither the home page nor the pricing page shows a live board where customers post requests and vote on each other's.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no project or member counter. Ybug's widget automatically attaches console logs, a screen recording and the browser and system details to every report, which VoteFirst does not capture at all. Marker.io and Userback are priced on their own pages, the bug reporting shortlist prices twelve of these tools for a team of five, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.

How were these prices read?

The current plans come from ybug.io/pricing, read on 4 October 2026 as served, including the page's own structured data, which prices every plan in euros with no US dollar figures anywhere in its markup. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of the same address taken on 24 June 2018, 21 August 2019, 17 March 2023, 9 December 2024 and 16 May 2026. Prices are in euros; the page gives no indication of whether they include tax.

14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
