Changelogfy pricing, by the project

Changelogfy starts at $49 a month billed yearly, read on its pricing page on 4 October 2026, and on 21 October 2026 that page answered with an HTTP 500 error, so nothing newer could be read. VoteFirst, whose maker wrote this page, starts at $9 a month for one project, so weigh what follows with that in mind.

Changelogfy runs a feedback board, a changelog, surveys and a knowledge base in one subscription, from Brazil. It has three plans, and a plan is billed per project rather than per seat: Starter is $49 a month billed yearly, or $59 billed monthly. Pro is $99 or $119, and Scale is $249 or $299. Team members and tracked end users are unlimited on every plan.

Every current figure here was read from changelogfy.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, both from the rendered page and from the pricing component's own code, which the rendered page's billing toggle switches between. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

What does Changelogfy cost?

Starter Pro Scale
Billed monthly $59 a month $119 a month $299 a month
Billed yearly $49 a month, $588 a year $99 a month, $1,188 a year $249 a month, $2,988 a year
Team members (admins) Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited
Tracked users Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited
Feedback boards 2 5 Unlimited
Surveys 4 10 Unlimited

The page opens on its yearly view, so a visitor who does not touch the billing toggle sees $49, $99 and $249 first. Its FAQ says a Changelogfy account can hold any number of projects, but each one is billed on its own; the figures above are one project's bill.

What does each plan unlock?

Feature Starter Pro Scale
Custom domain on the feedback board, changelog and knowledge base Yes Yes Yes
Private boards Yes Yes Yes
Moderation, permissions and internal comments No Yes Yes
Single sign on No Yes Yes
Intercom, Crisp, Google Analytics, Discord, Slack and webhooks Yes Yes Yes
Customer segmentation and segmented board access No No Yes

The feature table reads from the same code the pricing page renders, since the rendered page marks each row with a checkmark icon that carries no text. Changelogfy names no separate charge for removing its own branding; a "Custom Domain & Branding" row on the changelog module is set to yes on all three plans.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

The pricing page lists no free plan. Every plan starts with a 14 day trial, and the page does not say whether a card is needed to start one. Changelogfy's FAQ says it bills VAT only on prices charged to consumers rather than businesses, so its listed prices exclude VAT for most of its customers. Its FAQ also says it offers a discount to nonprofit organizations on request.

How has Changelogfy's price changed?

Archive copy Plans and prices a month
August to December 2019 Free $0, Startup $9, Pro $29
August to September 2020 Free $0, Startup $19, Pro $49
December 2020 to September 2021 No free plan; Startup $49, or $39 billed yearly; Pro $99, or $89 billed yearly

December 2023 to July 2024 Free $0; Starter $59, $49 billed yearly; Pro $119, $99 billed yearly; Scale $299, $249 billed yearly
November 2024 to October 2026 Free plan gone; Starter, Pro and Scale unchanged from the December 2023 figures

Starter, Pro and Scale have carried the same two prices, list and billed yearly, since the capture of December 2023. The only change since is the free plan, present in the capture of July 2024 and gone by the capture of November 2024.

Does Changelogfy run a feature voting board?

It does. The Feedback & Roadmap module is a public board where customers post requests, vote and follow a roadmap, bundled with the changelog, surveys and knowledge base modules under the same three plans.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with the custom domain on the $39 plan. It runs no surveys or knowledge base, and it has no private boards, which Changelogfy includes on every plan. Announcekit, Beamer and Headway price the changelog half of what Changelogfy bundles, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.

What does Changelogfy cost at 100, 1,000 and 10,000 voters?

Changelogfy bills per project and lists unlimited tracked users on every plan, so voters do not move the bill: Starter is $49 a month at 100 voters, $49 at 1,000 voters and $49 at 10,000 voters, as read on 4 October 2026. VoteFirst is $9 a month at 100 voters, $9 at 1,000 voters and $9 at 10,000 voters.

Where Changelogfy still wins

Changelogfy still wins for a team that wants a changelog, surveys and a knowledge base in the same subscription as the board, and for private boards on every plan, which VoteFirst does not have. Team members and tracked users are unlimited on every plan, as read on 4 October 2026.

How were these prices read?

The current plans come from changelogfy.com/pricing, read on 4 October 2026 both as served and from the Vue component the page ships, which sets Starter to $49 or $59 a month, Pro to $99 or $119, and Scale to $249 or $299, and which defaults its own yearly or monthly toggle to yearly. The feature rows come from the same component's data, which marks each row true or false per plan. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of changelogfy.com/pricing taken on 25 August and 15 December 2019, 8 August and 19 September 2020, 4 December 2020, 27 February, 20 April and 23 September 2021, 23 May 2022, 26 March and 5 August 2023, 13 December 2023, 21 July and 4 November 2024, and 12 September 2025. Prices are in US dollars.

What VoteFirst does not do

  • No SAML or OIDC. Single sign on is a signed JWT handoff only, on PRO.
  • No Slack, Zapier or outgoing webhooks.
  • No AI clustering, summarization or automated conversation analysis.
  • No Android or Kotlin SDK.
  • No private boards on any plan. A board is public to everyone or to nobody.
  • Custom domain serves three paths only, the public roadmap, the public voting board and one named board, not the changelog or the most wanted list.
  • No free plan. A 14 day trial, card required at signup.

Run your own public Canny or Featurebase board through the board audit to see its votes, its voters and what it costs at that size.

14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
