What it reads

The list of posts the board already shows to anyone, with no sign in: the ones with the most votes, finished and closed posts included, and the single newest post. Nothing is stored beyond a day and no email is asked.

It reads Canny boards at a canny.io address and Featurebase boards at a featurebase.app address. A private board cannot be read.

Why people who voted is a range

A board shows how many votes each post has, not who cast them. The people on the top post are all different people, so the board has at least that many voters. It cannot have more voters than votes. The true number sits between the two.

Canny bills by tracked user: anyone who posts, votes or comments. Its bill is at least the price at the low end of that range.
