Cognito Forms pricing, by the entry

Cognito Forms builds online forms with payment collection, electronic signatures and workflow automation, and meters its plans by how many form entries an organization receives each month rather than by how many people fill the forms out. There are five plans: a permanently free Individual plan, then Pro, Team, Business and Enterprise, each billed yearly at a discount or billed monthly at the full rate.

Every current figure here was read on cognitoforms.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

What does Cognito Forms cost?

Individual Pro Team Business Enterprise
Billed yearly, a month $0 $19 $49 $99 $149
Billed monthly $0 $24 $62 $129 $199
Users 1 1 5 10 20
Entries a month 100 2,000 10,000 25,000 Unlimited
Included guests None listed None listed None listed 5 20

Every plan includes unlimited forms and payments. Individual carries Cognito Forms branding. Pro adds electronic signatures, save and resume and removes the branding. Team adds workflows, approvals and data lookups. Business adds folder permissions, a year of audit log history and 50,000 API requests a month. Enterprise adds HIPAA compliance, single sign on and custom document templates.

Each paid plan can add users at $5 a user a month. Guests are people outside the organization who are given access without a full seat, and on Business and Enterprise more of them are sold in tiers: up to 50 for $25 a month, 100 for $50, 250 for $100, 500 for $150, 1,000 for $200 and 2,500 for $250, with each 1,000 above that another $100. The FAQ says usage beyond the plan during a yearly term, such as guests, storage or API requests, is drawn from a usage wallet.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

Individual stays free permanently, with no credit card needed, one user and 100 entries a month. Every paid plan runs a 14 day free trial with no card required, and a trial that ends without billing information on file drops the organization back to the free Individual plan rather than cutting it off. The page lists no refund terms for any plan. It offers discounted rates on any plan to tax exempt nonprofits outside education and government, on application to support.

Does Cognito Forms run a feature voting board?

Its site navigation, footer and pricing page link to user guides, a blog and support, but none of them lead to a public roadmap, an idea submission form or a place for customers to vote on requests. Cognito Forms runs no public feature voting board of its own.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no per user add on charge. Cognito Forms collects payments, generates signatures and automates workflows inside a form, none of which VoteFirst does. Jotform and Formstack price the closest form builders by submission and builder volume, Paperform sells unlimited submissions on its paid plans, the form builder shortlist compares eleven form builders by the response, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
