Paperform is an online form builder that also handles payments, e signatures and simple workflows. Free covers unlimited forms and fields but caps submissions at 30 a month. Pro is $49 a month billed yearly, or $59 billed monthly, for unlimited submissions, removed branding and custom share links. Business is $124 or $149 a month and adds a custom domain, an admin and user hierarchy, single sign on, and higher limits on signatures and automation credits. Enterprise is priced after a conversation with sales.

What does Paperform cost?
| Free | Pro | Business | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Billed yearly, a month | $0 | $49 | $124 |
| Billed monthly | $0 | $59 | $149 |
| Submissions a month | 30 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Seats | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Signed documents a month | 3 | 25 | 100 |

| Automation credits a month | 5,000 | 20,000 | 100,000 |
| Custom domain | No | Add on at $20 a month | One included |
Seats are unlimited on every plan and cover forms, signatures and workflows together, so a bigger team never moves the bill on its own. The paid plans mostly buy unlimited submissions, removed Paperform branding and higher credit and signature limits rather than more users. Business also brings 10 workspaces, single sign on and priority support, and extra custom domains at $20 a month each. Enterprise sets its limits to the buyer's requirements and adds custom roles and unlimited custom domains.
What happens past the submission limit?
Paperform's FAQ says it notifies an account approaching its limits, and that upgrading, or buying add ons or credits, avoids any disruption. On the paid plans submissions are unlimited, so the limits that bite are automation credits and signed documents. Extra credits cost $10 a month for each 10,000 on Pro and $25 a month for each 30,000 on Business.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Free has no time limit and needs no card. Every paid plan carries a 7 day free trial with no card required, and a new account starts on a Pro trial automatically. Support can extend a trial on Business, and Enterprise trials run to a custom length. Nonprofits get a discount on Business and Enterprise, with no percentage printed, and the page lists no refund terms.
How has Paperform's price changed?
| Archive copy | Plans and prices a month |
|---|---|
| May 2017 | Starter at $15, Pro at $39, Agency at $99, each about 17 percent cheaper billed yearly |
| September 2020 | Starter renamed Essentials at $12.50 yearly, Pro at $32.50, Agency at $82.50 and up, the same yearly discount |
| April 2024 | No free plan; Essentials at $24 yearly or $29 monthly, Pro at $49 or $59, Business at $165 or $199, with a 14 day trial |
| May 2025 | The same three paid plans and prices, except Business cut to $99 yearly or $129 monthly, and the trial shortened to 7 days |
| June 2026 | A Free plan added at 30 submissions a month, alongside the same Essentials, Pro and Business prices |
| October 2026 | Essentials dropped; Free, Pro at $49 or $59, and Business raised to $124 or $149 |
Pro is the steady plan: $39 a month in 2017, $49 billed yearly since at least 2024, and $59 billed monthly. The ends of the ladder moved. Business went from $165 billed yearly in 2024 to $99 in 2025 and back up to $124 in 2026, the cheapest paid plan, Essentials at $24, is gone, and a free plan arrived in 2026 in its place, so the step from free to paid is now $49 rather than $24.
Does Paperform run a feature voting board?
Paperform builds forms, including templates meant for collecting customer feedback, but its own pricing page and site navigation link no public board where its customers post requests and vote on each other's ideas.
What this costs
Lite
$9 /mo
Pro
$39 /mo
Lifetime
$999 once
Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with the custom domain on the $39 plan. It takes no payments and signs no documents, where Paperform's paid plans build out e signatures and workflow automation alongside forms. Fillout prices a form builder whose free plan takes 1,000 responses a month, Jotform prices one with a submission cap on every paid tier, the form builder shortlist compares eleven form builders by the response, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
How were these prices read?
The current plans come from paperform.co/pricing, read on 4 October 2026 as served and in a browser, in both billing views. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of paperform.co/pricing taken on 12 May 2017, 19 September 2020, 19 April 2024, 23 May 2025 and 9 June 2026. Two further copies, from mid 2022 and mid 2023, loaded their prices from a script the archive could not replay even when rendered in a browser, so those rows are dropped rather than guessed. Prices are in US dollars; the live page states this directly and excludes sales tax.
14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
