SurveyPlanet builds online surveys and sizes its paid plans by license, not by response count. Free costs $0 for unlimited surveys, questions and responses. Pro is $20 a month or $180 a year, $60 less than twelve monthly payments. Enterprise is $350 a year, with no monthly option listed. Both paid plans drop their per license price as a team buys more licenses, down to half price at 26 licenses or more.
Every current figure here was read on surveyplanet.com/pricing-features on 4 October 2026, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the site's pricing pages.
What does SurveyPlanet cost?
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | Surveys, questions and responses |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Unlimited |
| Pro | $20 | $180 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | Not offered | $350 | Unlimited |
Free, Pro and Enterprise all carry the same unlimited survey, question and response counts, so nothing on the page caps a plan by volume. Pro adds result exporting, custom themes, question branching and AI survey creation over Free. Enterprise adds Teams for sharing surveys across accounts, Insights, custom survey URLs, AI result analysis and API access. The page prints no overage fee or response cap on any plan.
What does a team pay per license?
| Licenses | Pro, per license a year | Pro, order total | Enterprise, per license a year | Enterprise, order total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $180 | $180 | $350 | $350 |
| 2 to 5 | $162 | $324 to $810 | $315 | $630 to $1,575 |
| 6 to 10 | $144 | $864 to $1,440 | $280 | $1,680 to $2,800 |
| 11 to 15 | $126 | $1,386 to $1,890 | $245 | $2,695 to $3,675 |
| 16 to 25 | $108 | $1,728 to $2,700 | $210 | $3,360 to $5,250 |
| 26 or more | $90 | $2,340 or more | $175 | $4,550 or more |
A single Pro license costs $180 a year, falling to $90 a license once a team buys 26 or more, a 50 percent discount. Enterprise follows the same discount schedule at its own base price.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Free is a plan with no end date, not a trial. The pricing page lists no trial, no card requirement and no fixed term for Pro or Enterprise, and it prints no refund policy; its footer links only to a terms of service page and a privacy notice. The page carries no FAQ section.
How has SurveyPlanet's price changed?
| Archive copy | Plans and prices |
|---|---|
| 9 September 2019 | Free $0; Pro $20 a month or $180 a year; no Enterprise plan, the page calls multiple account sharing an Enterprise feature still to come |
| 31 July 2021 | Same as 2019; Enterprise still listed as coming soon |
| 5 May 2022 | Enterprise $350 a year added; Free and Pro unchanged |
| 26 August 2024 | Same three plans and the same prices as today |
Pro has held $20 a month or $180 a year across every copy read here, back to September 2019. Enterprise was added between July 2021 and May 2022 at $350 a year and has not changed since. The page itself says its plans have cost the same for more than 15 years; the copies read here go back seven.
Does SurveyPlanet run a feature voting board?
Its site navigation and footer link to examples, pricing, a blog, help, a sample size calculator and account pages, with no public board where customers post requests and vote on each other's. A survey built with SurveyPlanet can collect feedback, but the site itself runs no voting or public roadmap.
What this costs
Lite
$9 /mo
Pro
$39 /mo
Lifetime
$999 once
Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no license count on either plan. SurveyPlanet's free plan puts no cap on surveys or responses, and VoteFirst has no free plan at all. SurveyMonkey prices the closest rival survey tool, Zoho Survey prices a survey tool with a response based meter instead of a license one, the survey software shortlist compares ten survey tools by the response and the seat, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
How were these prices read?
The current plans, prices and license discounts come from surveyplanet.com/pricing-features, read on 4 October 2026, which states that all prices are in US dollars. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of the site's pricing page taken on 9 September 2019, 31 July 2021 and 5 May 2022, and of its pricing-features page taken on 26 August 2024, each rendered in a browser and read as plain text.
14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
