Zoho Survey pricing, by the response

Zoho Survey builds surveys, forms and quizzes and sizes its plans by how many responses each survey may collect. Free costs nothing for 10 questions and 100 responses a survey. Basic is $7.42 a month, sold only billed yearly, for unlimited questions and 12,000 responses a survey. Plus is $35 a month, or $25 billed yearly, Pro is $49 or $35, and Enterprise is $109 or $75. On those three, monthly billing caps a survey at 3,000, 5,000 or 7,000 responses, and yearly billing lifts the cap entirely. Enterprise carries a 7 day trial with no card.

Every current figure here was read on zoho.com/survey/pricing.html on 4 October 2026 and in the Internet Archive's copy of it from 5 May 2026, and every older one on earlier copies of the same page.

What does Zoho Survey cost?

Plan Billed monthly Billed yearly, a month Responses a survey, billed monthly Responses a survey, billed yearly Questions a survey
Free $0 $0 100 100 10
Basic Not offered $7.42 Not offered 12,000 Unlimited
Plus $35 $25 3,000 Unlimited Unlimited
Pro $49 $35 5,000 Unlimited Unlimited
Enterprise $109 $75 7,000 Unlimited Unlimited

The billing period changes more than the price. A team on Plus that pays monthly hits a ceiling at 3,000 responses on any one survey, while the same plan paid yearly, at $300 a year against $420, has no ceiling at all. Every plan allows unlimited surveys. Basic adds unlimited questions and more than 250 templates over Free. Plus, Pro and Enterprise add custom branding, more logic, offline collection and reporting, each wider than the last, and Enterprise adds priority support and personalized training and onboarding. The page adds that local taxes such as VAT or GST are charged on top of every listed price, and its menu carries a link to buy extra responses.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

Free is a plan with no end date, not a trial. The pricing page offers a 7 day trial with no card for Enterprise only; Basic, Plus and Pro have no trial listed. The page states no fixed contract, no setup fee and no cost to switch plans, and its frequently asked questions say a subscription can be canceled at any point. Students get Plus for free and educators get half off any plan, and the page invites nonprofits to write in for a discount. The page prints no refund terms, though its footer links to a separate refund policy page.

How has Zoho Survey's price changed?

Archive copy Plans and prices a month
12 July 2015 Free $0; Standard $19 billed annually or $24 month to month; Premium $24 or $29; Enterprise $41 or $49, with an extra admin user at $10 a month
31 March 2017 Same prices as July 2015; Free limited to 15 questions and 150 responses a survey
5 May 2026 Basic $7.42 billed yearly only; Plus $35, or $25 billed yearly; Pro $49 or $35; Enterprise $109 or $75

By July 2019 the page listed Plus and Pro in place of Standard and Premium, and from that year it loaded its prices by script, so the copies between 2019 and 2025 carry no readable figure. Basic, a cheaper tier below Plus, appeared between October 2023 and September 2024. Across the two ends of the record, the top plan billed yearly went from $41 a month in 2015 to $75 now, and billed monthly from $49 to $109, while the cheapest paid plan fell from $19 a month billed yearly to $7.42.

Does Zoho Survey run a feature voting board?

Its site navigation and footer link to features, pricing, templates, integrations and a what's new page, but no public board where customers post requests and vote on each other's. A survey built with the tool can collect feedback, but Zoho Survey itself runs no voting or public roadmap.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no response count on either plan. Zoho Survey ships phone, web and mobile apps with offline response collection, which VoteFirst does not attempt. SurveyMonkey prices the closest rival survey tool, Typeform and Jotform price form builders with a similar response meter, the survey software shortlist compares ten survey tools by the response and the seat, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.

How were these prices read?

The current response limits, trial and discount terms come from zoho.com/survey/pricing.html, read in a browser on 4 October 2026, where the page served this visitor a euro and pound toggle with no dollar option. The dollar figures come from the Internet Archive's copy of the same page taken on 5 May 2026, rendered in a browser, whose plan elements still carried the full currency table in their markup, dollars first. The euro figures on today's live page match that archived dollar table digit for digit on every plan, which is why they are reported here as the current US price. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies taken on 12 July 2015 and 31 March 2017, the only older copies that printed their prices as plain text rather than loading them by script; every copy between 2019 and 2025 hid its prices the same way the live page does today and is not used here.

14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
