Survicate meters survey responses. Growth, the plan its pricing page opens on, is billed yearly and runs from $56 a month for 100 responses to $289 for 1,500. Starter is billed monthly only, from $89 a month for 100 responses, and lets you pay for responses past the limit. Pro starts at $349 a month and Enterprise at $569, both through a sales call. A free plan collects 25 responses a month.
Every current price here was read on survicate.com/pricing on 4 October 2026. The page opens on yearly billing with Growth at 250 responses, $114 a month, and switching to monthly billing shows Starter in its place.

A data point is a piece of feedback that arrives from a connected tool, such as a support ticket, a call or a review, rather than from a survey.
At 250 responses a month, Growth costs $1,368 a year paid yearly, and Starter costs $2,148 over twelve months paid monthly.
When a plan's responses run out, Starter can carry on collecting at the overage rate if you switch that on. On Growth, Pro and Enterprise the surveys stop collecting until you upgrade or buy more responses, and the page prints no price for extra responses on those plans.
What does each plan include?
Growth has surveys by email, inside a product, inside a mobile app, behind a link and on a website, built in email sending, the Research Hub for collected feedback, an AI agent with MCP access, more than 25 integrations, surveys in several languages, custom branding without custom CSS, 10 user seats in 2 teams, standard survey logic, one dashboard and targeting by attributes.
Pro, from $349 a month billed monthly or yearly, adds custom CSS, more than 40 integrations, as many seats and teams as you agree, advanced survey logic, ten dashboards, targeting by events, filtering results by CRM and marketing automation attributes, webhooks and an export API. Its responses are a yearly pool agreed with sales.
Enterprise, from $569 a month, adds a dedicated customer success manager, one to one training, your own terms, DPA and NDA, SAML single sign on with access logs, and answers to security questionnaires on demand.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Both. Every new account starts with a 10 day trial of Growth with no card, limited to 25 responses in total, and then drops to the free plan unless you pay. The free plan collects up to 25 responses a month with one active survey at a time, three team members, basic CRM integrations and 30 days of data, and caps each survey at 300 responses and the organization at 1,000.
You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the billing period. The page says Survicate does not give refunds. Schools and non profits can ask for 25 percent off any yearly plan by email.
How has Survicate's price changed?
The Internet Archive holds copies of the pricing page from 2019. The names have changed with almost every redesign, and the yearly discount fell from half in 2020 to 16 percent in 2022 and 10 percent by 2023. Today Growth is sold yearly and Starter monthly, so no plan shows both prices.

Is Survicate a feature request tool?
Survicate asks questions you write and gathers the answers, along with feedback pulled in from other tools. Its pricing page lists surveys, an AI research hub and integrations, and no board where users post their own requests and vote on each other's.
What this costs

Pro

Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: users post requests, vote on each other's and see what was decided, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no meter on responses. It has no surveys. The in app feedback tools, Survicate among them, are compared on one page; Qualaroo and Formbricks price their in product surveys differently. The CSAT and NPS shortlist compares thirteen survey tools by the answered survey.
How were these prices read?
The current prices, plan contents and terms come from survicate.com/pricing and its answers to common questions, read on 4 October 2026 with yearly and monthly billing each selected in turn, and the response steps from the page's own price data. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of the same address taken on 29 January 2019, 13 May 2020, 25 January 2022, 28 September 2023, 14 January 2025 and 7 September 2026. The January 2025 copy fills its prices in by script, so its figures could not be read. Prices are in US dollars before tax.
