QuestionPro builds surveys and research tools and sells its main survey software on four plans. Essentials is free forever for one user, 200 responses a survey and 30 question types. Advanced is $99 a user a month, billed annually, still for one user, and raises the response cap to 25,000 a year with 38 question types and a 10 day free trial. Team Edition is $83 a user a month, billed annually, for five users or more, with 100,000 responses a year and 46 question types. Research Suite is priced by quote for ten users or more. QuestionPro also sells a customer experience product and a workforce product, both quoted after a sales call.

What does QuestionPro cost?
| Plan | Price | Billed | Users | Responses | Question types |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | Free | Not billed | 1 | 200 a survey | 30 |
| Advanced | $99 a user a month | Annually | 1 | 25,000 a year | 38 |
| Team Edition | $83 a user a month | Annually, 5 users or more | 5 or more | 100,000 a year | 46 |
| Research Suite | By quote | By quote | 10 or more | Custom | 52 |
Essentials covers basic surveys, logic, integrations and analysis. Advanced adds standard versions of the same plus branding. Team Edition adds collaboration, expanded integrations and analysis, regional data centers and a dedicated account manager. Research Suite adds communities, an audience panel, qualitative tools and research services, with regional data centers and a dedicated success manager.
What does Team Edition cost at your team size?
| Users | Price a month | Price a year, billed annually |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | $415 | $4,980 |
| 10 | $830 | $9,960 |
| 20 | $1,660 | $19,920 |
| 50 | $4,150 | $49,800 |
Team Edition has no published monthly billing option and no response price past its 100,000 a year cap; the page says only to contact sales. Advanced stays a single user plan at any team size, so a team buys Team Edition seats rather than several Advanced accounts.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Essentials is free with no end date and no card on the signup button. Advanced carries a free 10 day trial, and the page does not say whether that trial needs a card. The pricing page prints no refund terms and no frequently asked questions.
The customer experience and workforce products are sold only after a sales call, with no price on the page.

The single user plan has risen most. Professional was $15 a month in 2010, its successor Advanced was $129 billed monthly in 2020 and 2021, and it settled at $99 in 2022, which since 2023 is stated as a price for each user. The top self serve plan moved from Corporate at $99 a month in 2010, and $75 billed yearly from 2014, to Team Edition at $83 a user from 2023 with a five user minimum, so the entry point for a team is now $415 a month. The free plan has shrunk in steps, from 1,000 responses a survey in 2020 to 300 in 2022 and 200 since 2024.
Does QuestionPro run a feature voting board?
QuestionPro's navigation and footer list its survey, research, customer experience and employee experience products, an advisory board page and an employee feedback tool for other companies to run inside their own teams. None of it is a public board where QuestionPro's own customers post requests and vote on each other's.
What this costs
Lite
$9 /mo
Pro
$39 /mo
Lifetime
$999 once
Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no response count on either plan. QuestionPro keeps a permanently free plan with no card required, which VoteFirst does not offer. SurveyMonkey and SurveySparrow price rival survey builders, Qualaroo and Survicate meter in product surveys instead, the survey software shortlist compares ten survey tools by the response and the seat, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
