SurveySparrow pricing, by the response

SurveySparrow builds surveys, chat style forms and NPS programs, and sizes its paid plans by responses a year and users. Billed yearly, Basic is $19 a month for 2,500 responses and one user. Starter is $39 a month for 15,000 responses and one user, and Business is $79 for 36,000 responses and three users, both marked as on sale, against $49 and $99 printed for the same plans in the page's own header data. Enterprise is priced after a demo, for three users or more. Billing every quarter costs more a month for fewer responses, and a free plan sits outside the main grid.

These figures come from surveysparrow.com/pricing, read on 4 October 2026. The page showed euros to this reader's location in the Czech Republic, so the dollar figures are taken from the price data built into the page itself, which carries them in dollars whatever the visitor's country. The history below comes from the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

Basic brings email surveys, partial responses, and display and skip logic. Starter adds survey translation, surveys embedded in email and a redirect after completion. Business adds custom branding, advanced question types, workflows, webhooks and respondent location tracking. Enterprise adds custom CSS, automatic translation into more than 130 languages, custom dashboard widgets, a key driver analysis tool and HIPAA compliance where available.

What does SurveySparrow cost as responses grow?

The page's own data also lists two larger response allowances on each yearly plan, at these prices a month.

Plan Responses a year Price a month
Basic 2,500 $19
Basic 3,500 $27.20
Basic 5,000 $39.40

What happens past the response limit?

The pricing FAQ says that once a plan's response limit is reached, the account holder can contact SurveySparrow to buy more responses, and that unused purchased responses expire with the billing cycle. The page lists no fixed overage price for a response.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

The page offers a 14 day trial of the Business plan with no credit card, limited during the trial to 50 responses, after which the account drops to the free plan. The free plan sits outside the main pricing grid, behind a "continue with a Forever Free Plan" link. Its hover card lists 75 responses a quarter, 3 active surveys and 10 questions a survey, while the pricing FAQ describes the same free plan as 50 responses a month, 3 surveys and 10 questions a survey. These two descriptions of one plan do not agree on the response allowance or its period. The FAQ says yearly plans carry no cancellation fee, and the page prints no refund terms.

Entry level Basic has stayed near $19 on paper since 2019, but its own response allowance swung from 1,000 a month down to 300 and back up to 2,500 a year, a far smaller number once converted to the same period. A Professional plan appeared above Business by 2024 and was gone by 2026, when Business also fell back from 50,000 responses to 36,000.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no response count on either plan. SurveySparrow runs and scores surveys, NPS programs and CX research, which VoteFirst does not do at all. Survicate and Zonka Feedback price similar survey and CX tools, SurveyMonkey also sizes its yearly plans by responses, the CSAT and NPS shortlist compares thirteen survey tools by the answered survey, the survey software shortlist compares ten survey tools by the response and the seat, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
