Zonka Feedback runs NPS, CSAT and CES surveys by email, SMS, WhatsApp, link, on your website, inside your app and on tablets in a shop or a clinic. Its pricing page no longer prints a price. It sells two products, Feedback Management, priced on the number of responses, and AI Feedback Intelligence, priced on data credits, alone or bundled, and every plan is a custom quote. As late as July 2025 the same page printed a price list that started at $49 a month billed yearly.

The page's answers put it plainly: "Pricing is primarily based on the number of responses for the Feedback Management product and data credits for the Feedback Intelligence product." Feedback Management lists sending by email, SMS and WhatsApp from the platform, targeting and throttling, segmentation, a drag and drop builder, surveys in several languages, more than twenty premium integrations, dashboards, comparisons by location, channel and agent, case management, alerts and daily digests, and workflows. AI Feedback Intelligence finds themes, entities, sentiment and emotion in open text, answers questions about it through an assistant, and measures how each theme moves NPS or CSAT.

Each card printed its price at the lowest point of a slider for responses; the price at the higher points was not in the page as served. Starter already removed Zonka's branding from surveys, emails and links. Growth added surveys inside mobile apps through an SDK, the API, and a survey address on your own domain. Enterprise added WhatsApp in the copies of 2024, custom roles, and limits counted by the year. Add ons were priced by the year: extra locations at $240, a Salesforce integration at $2,400 and one for Microsoft Dynamics at $3,600.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
The page offers a 14 day free trial and lists no card requirement and no refund terms. The copies from September 2024 to July 2025 also describe a Free plan with "a limited number of surveys, responses, and feedback channels", and the copy of April 2016 a free Basic plan for 20 responses a month. The trial ran 14 days with "No credit card required" in September 2020, and 15 days from May 2021 to September 2022.

The cheapest plan for online surveys, billed yearly, went from $24 a month in 2020 to $49 in 2023, and the responses it included fell from 1,000 a month to 250 by 2024. Between the copies of July and November 2025 the prices came off the page altogether.
Does Zonka Feedback run a feature voting board?
Zonka Feedback collects ratings and comments through surveys and reads them with AI. Its pricing page lists no board where customers post requests and vote on each other's.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no count of responses. It sends no NPS or CSAT surveys.
