Sprig no longer prints a price. Its pricing page, read on 4 October 2026, describes one Enterprise platform and offers one button, "Book a demo". The page lists no free plan, no trial and no sign up, only a link to sign in. From 2023 into 2025 it printed a Starter plan at $175 a month billed yearly, or $199 monthly, with a free plan beside it.
What does Sprig cost now?
A figure only comes from a sales call. The page says the price "scales with your research program" on three things:
- the total number of responses across your studies,
- which research capabilities you switch on,
- and where the surveys run: by link, by email, on the web or in a mobile app.
None of the three has a number beside it. The page says Enterprise onboarding and support are included, and lists security and compliance badges including SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and HIPAA.
What did Sprig cost when it printed a price?
The Internet Archive holds copies of sprig.com/pricing from May 2023. In January 2025 the page set out the free plan and Starter like this.
| Free | Starter | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 | $175 a month billed yearly, or $199 monthly |
| Monthly unique users | 5,000 | 25,000 |
| Session replay clips a month | 50 | 400 |

| Survey responses a month | 25 | 200 |
| Feedback button responses a month | 10 | 100 |
| Surveys inside a native iOS or Android app | Not listed | $200 a month on top |

A Starter account with surveys in a mobile app came to $375 a month on yearly billing, $4,500 a year. Enterprise was quoted in every copy read.
How has Sprig's price changed?
| Archive copy | What the page showed |
|---|---|
| May 2023 | Free at $0, Starter at $175 a month billed yearly or $199 monthly, Enterprise on request |
| April 2024 | Starter at $175 billed yearly with a 14 day free trial, and mobile delivery at $200 a month extra |
| September 2024 | A selector in the page's script priced Starter in three steps: $175 for 25,000 monthly users and 2 studies, $350 for 50,000 and 4, $550 for 50,000 and 6 |
| January to May 2025 | Starter at $175 billed yearly or $199 monthly behind a billing switch, beside a "Sign Up & Buy Now" button |
| March 2026 | Starter described with a "Get a Demo" button in place of the sign up |
| May and June 2026 | Free and Starter still named, with "Start for free" and "Start starter" buttons and no figure in the page's markup |
| September 2026 to now | Enterprise only, by demo |
The named Free and Starter plans left the page between the copies of 5 June and 4 September 2026. Dovetail did the same in February 2026, dropping its $15 Professional plan for Free and a quoted Enterprise. The copies from May and June 2026 fill their content in partly by script, so whether a visitor then saw a price cannot be read from them.
Does Sprig run a feature request board?
Sprig asks your users questions, inside your product, by email or by link, and analyses the answers. Its pricing page lists surveys, research agents, AI analysis and prototype tests, and no board where users post their own requests and vote on each other's.
What this costs
Lite
$9 /mo
Pro
$39 /mo
Lifetime
$999 once
Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: users post requests, vote on each other's and see what was decided, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, printed on the page and with no meter on users or responses. It has no surveys. The in app feedback tools, Sprig among them, are compared on one page, and Survicate and Qualaroo still print their survey prices.
How were these prices read?
The current page was read on sprig.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, rendered in a browser because its content is drawn by script. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of the same address taken on 19 May 2023, 10 December 2023, 13 April 2024, 14 September 2024, 26 January 2025, 23 May 2025, 7 March 2026, 18 May 2026, 5 June 2026 and 4 September 2026; the September 2024 steps come from that copy's own script. The archive holds no copy of a pricing page under Sprig's earlier name, UserLeap. Prices are in US dollars before tax.
14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
