Refiner pricing, by monthly active user

Refiner prices its in app surveys by the number of people who use your product each month. Essentials starts at $149 a month, or $124 a month billed yearly, for up to 5,000 monthly active users, and Growth at $279, or $233 billed yearly. Survey responses and team members are unlimited on both. Past 200,000 monthly active users the page stops printing a price and asks you to talk to sales.

Every current price here was read on refiner.io/pricing on 4 October 2026. The page draws its prices in the browser from a table held in its own code, and the figures below were taken from that table and checked against the page as a visitor sees it.

Above 200,000 users the page sends a buyer to a sales call instead of printing a price.

How much did the price rise?

The Internet Archive's copy of 10 August 2026 holds the same kind of price table, with lower figures and a top step of 150,000 users.

Monthly active users Essentials, August Essentials, October Growth, August Growth, October
5,000 $99 $149 $239 $279
10,000 $119 $179 $269 $325

50,000 $199 $285 $379 $479
100,000 $229 $319 $439 $545
150,000 $249 $359 $460 $605

All prices are monthly. Essentials at 5,000 users went up by half, and the rise is smaller further up the table. Billed yearly, the same plan went from $83 a month to $124. The change falls between 10 August and 4 October 2026; the archive holds no copy in between.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: users post requests, vote on each other's and see what was decided, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no meter on users. It has no surveys. The in app feedback tools, Refiner among them, are compared on one page; Survicate meters responses instead, and Sprig no longer prints a price. The CSAT and NPS shortlist compares thirteen survey tools by the answered survey.
