Zeda.io gathers customer feedback from calls, support tickets and connected tools into one place, and uses AI to turn it into product insights, features and roadmaps. Its last readable pricing page has one offer: "Starting at $499/month", "With an annual commitment", with a button to "Get exact price". That is $5,988 a year before any quote.
On 4 October 2026 zeda.io did not complete a secure connection, so every figure here comes from the Internet Archive's copies of its pricing page, the newest taken on 11 May 2026.

The page lists every feature as included: automatic feedback capture, feedback merged into one view with AI help, more than 5,000 integrations through connectors such as Salesforce and HubSpot, uploaded call transcripts, AI product insights and idea validation, insight templates and alerts, features and roadmaps built from feedback, and release notes written with AI. It prints no seat count, no feedback volume and no plan above the starting one.
Zeda.io explains the missing monthly plan on the same page: in its view a monthly price opens gaps in expectations, and the yearly commitment is meant to keep both sides working toward results.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
There is no free plan. The page offers a 14 day trial, and a refund in place of a shorter commitment: "Avail of our 90-day, no-questions-asked, prorated refund."

In 2022 Zeda.io charged only for "Creator" users, the product managers, at $19 to $24 a month, and let developers, designers and marketers in free. Within two years it dropped the seat price for one yearly contract, and the starting figure went from $4,999 a year in April 2024 to $499 a month in July 2024, which comes to $5,988, a fifth more.
Does Zeda.io run a feature voting board?
Zeda.io collects feedback for the product team to analyze rather than putting it in front of customers to vote on. Its 2022 pricing pages listed an external portal and a widget for collecting requests; the copy of May 2026 lists no board where customers post requests and vote on each other's.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues. It reads no call transcripts and writes no AI insights, which is what Zeda.io sells at $499 a month. Harvestr and Savio also gather feedback from support tools, Productlane prices a portal with a roadmap, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
