123FormBuilder pricing, by the submission

123FormBuilder builds online forms, surveys and payment pages, and its plans run on four meters at once: forms, monthly submissions, fields per form and file storage. Basic is free and needs no credit card, for 1 user, 5 forms, 100 submissions a month and 10 fields a form. Gold is $37 a month, or $18.50 billed yearly, for 25 forms, 5,000 submissions and 250 fields. Platinum is $49 or $24.50 for 100 forms, 20,000 submissions and 500 fields, and is the first plan with a custom form domain and payment collection. Diamond is $99 or $49.50 for 200 forms, 100,000 submissions and 800 fields. Enterprise starts from $225 a month, billed yearly, for unlimited forms, submissions and fields.

Every current figure here was read from 123formbuilder.com/signup.html on 4 October 2026, the page the site's own navigation links as its pricing page.

Platinum adds a custom form domain and payment collection through more than fifteen gateways. Diamond adds a custom favicon. Enterprise adds single sign on and platform white labeling as add ons, a virtual database manager, certified HIPAA compliance by contacting sales, priority support and a dedicated account manager. The page's yearly prices work out to $222 a year for Gold, $294 for Platinum and $594 for Diamond, each labeled a 50 percent discount against the monthly list price.

What happens past the submission limit?

The pricing page lists no overage fee, no pause and no lockout for a form that collects more submissions than its plan's monthly cap. It does not say what happens to a submission once the cap is reached.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

The Basic plan has no time limit stated and needs no credit card, though it holds the smallest caps on every meter and has no file storage. Every paid plan carries a 30 day money back guarantee. The pricing page lists no trial of a paid plan.

How has 123FormBuilder's price changed?

Archive copy Plans and prices a month
May 2018 Basic free; Gold $24.99, or about $20.83 billed yearly; Platinum $44.99, or about $37.49 yearly; Corporate (now Enterprise) starting from $84.99 billed annually
May 2019 Gold and Platinum unchanged at $24.99 and $44.99; its own FAQ said billing yearly cut 15 percent off the total paid monthly
April 2020 Gold 24.99 and Platinum 44.99, in a copy served in euros
May 2022 Gold $19.99 and Platinum $49.99, both billed yearly, captured during a sitewide coupon banner offering an extra 34 percent off
May 2024 Gold $37 or $32 yearly, Platinum $49 or $39, and a new Diamond tier at $99 or $79, under a banner offering two months free on yearly plans; Enterprise still from $225; Diamond's field cap then stood at 1,000 a form
4 October 2026, the live page Same monthly list prices for Gold, Platinum and Diamond, but the yearly discount deepened to 50 percent, to $18.50, $24.50 and $49.50; Diamond's field cap fell from 1,000 to 800

Billed monthly, Gold rose from $24.99 in 2018 to $37 by 2024 and Platinum from $44.99 to $49, and both have held there since. The yearly discount has moved the most: about 17 percent off in 2018, two months free in 2024, and half price now, so a year of Gold billed yearly costs $222 today against $249.90 in 2018. Diamond is the newest tier, present by 2024 but not in the 2018 to 2022 copies read here, and its field cap has since been cut by a fifth.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no cap on votes or requests. 123FormBuilder collects payments directly inside its forms through more than fifteen gateways starting on its Platinum plan, which VoteFirst does not do. Wufoo prices a form builder by the entry with a free tier of its own, Jotform caps forms and monthly submissions much the same way, the form builder shortlist compares eleven form builders by the response, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
