Wufoo pricing, by the entry

Wufoo builds online forms, surveys and payment pages, and its own footer credits SurveyMonkey as the company behind it. The free plan covers 5 forms of up to 10 fields each and 100 entries a month for one user. Starter is $22 a month, or $16.25 billed yearly, for 10 forms, 1,000 entries and 1 user. Professional is $45 or $33.25 for unlimited forms, 5,000 entries and 5 users, and is the first plan that accepts payments. Advanced is $113 or $83.25 for 25,000 entries and 20 users. Ultimate is $286 or $210.25 for 200,000 entries and 60 users. Past the limit, a paid plan pays $0.05 an entry.

Every current figure here was read from wufoo.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, as the page renders it in both billing views. Every older one came from the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

What does Wufoo cost?

Billed monthly $0 $22 $45 $113 $286

Starter adds file uploads, a custom logo, confirmation emails, form rules and the integrations. Professional adds unlimited forms, payments, Google Analytics tracking, field encryption and password protection. Advanced and Ultimate raise every cap again and move support up to priority, without another feature the page names. Billed yearly, the plans come to $195 a year for Starter, $399 for Professional, $999 for Advanced and $2,523 for Ultimate, which the page labels a 25% saving. Paid forms can hold the page's maximum number of fields, which its fine print puts at about 100, fewer on a form with many checkboxes or paragraph fields.

What happens past the entry limit?

On a paid plan the form stays open, and Wufoo charges $0.05 for each entry over the month's limit, added to the bill at the end of the billing period. That makes the next plan up cheaper sooner than it looks: a Starter account that takes 1,500 entries in a month pays $22 plus $25 in overage, $47, which is more than Professional's $45 for 5,000. On the free plan nothing is charged, and forms are deactivated once the month's entries pass the limit.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

The free plan has no time limit stated and needs no card, though it excludes file uploads, payments, a custom logo, the integrations and most other features listed on the paid tiers. The pricing page lists no trial period, no card requirement for a paid plan and no refund terms, and it carries no FAQ section of its own.

How has Wufoo's price changed?

Archive copy Plans and prices a month
October 2010 to March 2016 Gratis free; Ad Hoc $14.95 for 500 entries and 1 user; Bona Fide $29.95 for 3,000 entries and 5 users; Carpe Diem $69.95 for 15,000 entries and 20 users; Ad Infinitum $199.95 for 100,000 entries and 60 users

May 2025 Starter alone rose to $22, or $16.25 yearly; Professional, Advanced and Ultimate still at their 2018 prices
September 2025 to October 2026 Professional, Advanced and Ultimate also rose, to $45, $113 and $286, or $33.25, $83.25 and $210.25 yearly

Between the 2016 and 2018 copies Wufoo renamed every plan, raised every price and lifted every entry cap, from 500 to 1,000 a month on the cheapest paid plan and from 100,000 to 200,000 on the dearest. Since July 2018 every entry cap, form limit and user count has stayed the same, and only the price has moved: Starter rose by $3 a month in May 2025, and the other three plans by $6 to $37 by September 2025, between 14 and 16 percent each.

Does Wufoo run a feature voting board?

Wufoo's footer links a release notes page and a status page, not a public board. Its pricing page and site navigation name no roadmap or feature request board where Wufoo's own customers vote on what it builds next.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no cap on votes or requests. Wufoo takes payments through Stripe, PayPal and several other processors directly inside a form, which VoteFirst does not do. Jotform prices a form builder with its own free tier, Typeform prices one by response volume, and SurveyMonkey, Wufoo's owner, prices its surveys by a separate meter; the form builder shortlist compares eleven form builders by the response, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
