Formsite pricing, by the result

Formsite builds online forms, surveys and order forms, and meters every plan by how many forms an account can run and how many results, its term for submissions, each form can hold. Personal is $24.95 a month, or $21 a month billed yearly at $249.95, for 5 forms and 500 results per form. Professional is $39.95 or $34 a month at $399.95 yearly, for 10 forms and 1,000 results per form, and is the first plan to remove Formsite's branding. Business is $69.95 or $59 a month at $699.95 yearly, for 25 forms, 2,500 results per form and a sub user login. Business+ is $99.95 or $84 a month at $999.95 yearly, for 100 forms, 10,000 results per form and 5 sub users. Enterprise is $249.95 or $209 a month at $2,499.95 yearly, for 1,000 forms, 50,000 results per form and 20 sub users.

Every current figure here was read on formsite.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

What does Formsite cost?

Personal Professional Business Business+ Enterprise
Billed yearly, a month $21 $34 $59 $84 $209
Billed monthly $24.95 $39.95 $69.95 $99.95 $249.95

Results per form 500 1,000 2,500 10,000 50,000
File space 500MB 1GB 2GB 4GB 10GB
Sub users included 0 0 1 5 20

Professional adds the option to remove the Powered by Formsite line. Business adds a sub user login with restricted permissions, every result as a PDF and unlimited workflows that combine several forms. Business+ and Enterprise raise every cap again without naming another feature. Add ons sit on top: an extra sub user is $10 a month, an extra gigabyte of file storage $10 a month, and Results Docs, for custom merged PDF or Word documents, $50 a month. The detailed comparison adds two more limits the main grid leaves out: items on each form, 1,000 on every paid plan, and email notifications a month, which also rise by plan.

What happens past the results limit?

The results cap counts submissions stored on each form, not submissions a month, so it is reached by keeping results rather than by one busy month. The pricing page and its detailed comparison print no fee for going over it; the only things priced by the unit are the sub user, storage and Results Docs add ons.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

Formsite runs a 14 day trial of the Professional plan with no credit card required. The FAQ states that after 14 days an account reverts automatically to a permanent Free level capped at 5 forms, 10 results per form and 50MB of file space, and that a customer can upgrade to any paid plan at any point during or after the trial. The pricing page states no refund terms. Canceling a paid plan stops the automatic renewal and reverts the account to Free on its next billing date.

Does Formsite run a feature voting board?

Formsite's site navigation and footer link only its features, templates, integrations, blog and documentation pages. Neither the home page nor the pricing page names a roadmap or a public board where Formsite's own customers post or vote on what it builds next.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no cap on votes or requests. Formsite takes payments directly inside a form through PayPal, Braintree, Authorize.net and Stripe, which VoteFirst does not do. Jotform prices a form builder with its own free tier, Cognito Forms meters by entries the same way, and Wufoo charges a per entry fee once a paid plan runs over its cap; the form builder shortlist compares eleven form builders by the response, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.

How were these prices read?

The current plans come from formsite.com/pricing, read on 4 October 2026 in both its monthly and yearly views, and from its detailed feature comparison page and home page navigation for any board or roadmap link. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of formsite.com/pricing taken on 24 July 2019, 11 June 2020, 17 June 2021, 7 June 2023, 5 June 2024 and 12 March 2025.

14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
